<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice as by law and the orders of this Court re-
<br />quired has been given to all persons having claims against said estate, of the time and place for
<br />filing same, and that said tire has expired, that said Administratrix de bonis non has paid and
<br />settled all clEUms filed against said estate and presented to this Court her receipts therefor,
<br />that she has also paid all funeral expenses of said deceased, and the costs of administration, e
<br />has waived any claim against said estate for such payment made by her, and that she has not receiv�d
<br />any moneys pr other property belonging to said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that all unfiled claims against said estate, if any exist, are forever
<br />barred and precluded.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs at law and only hei
<br />at law the following named persons: Agnes Richter, his widow, and Bessie Richter (now Bessie Peters),
<br />Ella Richter, Gertrude Richter, ,George Richter, and Herbert Richter, his children, and that the
<br />above described premises, upon the death of said Adolph Richter, passed and descended, by operati
<br />of law, then in effect, in the state of Nebraska, to said Agnes Richter, widow, for and during he
<br />natural lifetime, and subject to her said life estate, in fee in equal shares to said Bessie Richter,
<br />Ella Richter, Gertrude Richter, George Richter, and Herbert Richter, children of said deceased.
<br />The Court further finds from the proof submitted in this cause that said Ella Richter, one of
<br />the children and heirs at law of said Adolph Richter, deceased, died intestate, unmarried, and
<br />,,. without issue in September, 1907, leaving surviving her as her only heir : -at law, her morther, the
<br />said Agnes Richter; that said Gertrude Richter, one of the children and heirs at law of said Adolp
<br />Richter, deceased, died intestate, unmarried, and without issue, in February,1908, leaving survivi
<br />her as her manly heir at law, her mother, the said Agnes Richter; that the said George Richter, on
<br />of the children and heirs wt law of said Adolph Richter, deceased, died intestate, unmarried, and
<br />without issue, in June,1909, leaving surviving him as his only heir at law his mother, the said
<br />A,;nes Richter; that the said Herbert Richter, one of the children and heirs at law of said Adolph
<br />Richter, deceased, died intestate, married, but without issue, on April 7,1918, leaving surviving
<br />'him as his only heirs at law, his widow,.Dorothy Richter, and his mother, the said Agnes Richter;
<br />that upon the deaths of the said Ella Richter, Gertrude Richter, and George Richter, as above stat
<br />their undivided interests in said above described real estate passed and descended, by operation
<br />ad,

<br />of 1Gw, to the said Agnes Richter; that upon the death of the said Herbert Richter, his undividedil
<br />interest in said above described real estate passed and descended, by operation of law, one -half thereof
<br />'to his widow, Dorothy Richter, and one -half thereof to his mother, the said Agnes Richter, and thaj(t
<br />said above described premises is so awarded to them.

<br />IT IS THEREFORE BY THE COURT ADTUIaGED, 17-C17F.D. AITD CONSIDERED that the final report of the
<br />said Agnes Richter, Administratrix de bonis none, is in all things by this Court allowed and appro -j ed ,
<br />that all claims not filed against said estate are forever barred and precluded; that upon the deat
<br />of the said Adolph Richter, the above described real estate passed and descended, by operation of
<br />law, to the said Agnes Richter, for and during her lifetime, and subject to her life estate, in
<br />equal shares to his children, as above found, and set fprth; that upon the deaths of the said
<br />Ella Richter, Gertrude Richter, and George Richter, as hereina.bove found, their several interests
<br />in said above described real estate passed and descended by operation of law to the said Agnes
<br />Richter, their only heir at law; that upon the death of the said Herbert Richter, his interest
<br />in said above described real estate passed and descended, by operation of law, one -:half part there
<br />to his widow, Dorothy Richter, and one -half part thereof to his motbbr, the said Agnes Richter, and
<br />that same is so awarded to them; that said estate is hereby closed, said Administratrix discharge0l,
<br />and her bond released.
