<br />Now, on this 24-,day of September,1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Agnes Richter, Administratrix de bonis non of said estate, and upon her petition for final
<br />settlement thereof and it appee.ring to the Court from the proof on file herein that due notice
<br />of the filing of said report and petition had been accepted in writing by all persons interested',
<br />in said estate, and that further time and publication of the filing thereof had by them been
<br />i
<br />waived, and that they had all wsked that said report be approved, the Court, upon examination
<br />thereof, finds that said report is in all respects correct and should be so allowed and approvedo
<br />The Court further finds from the proof on file herein that said Adolph Richter died intest-
<br />ate at his home in Hall County, Nebraska, on November 16,1893, and that on December 16,1893,
<br />one George Flebbe was duly appointed as Administrator -of said estate, qualified, and gave his
<br />bond as such representative, and filed an inventory of said estate, and that said George Flebbe
<br />died on or about October 18,1918, without filing or presenting to this Court a final report of
<br />his acts and doings, and without having effected a settlement of said estate; that on September
<br />20,1919, said Agnes Richter filed her petition in this Court and cause asking to be appointed
<br />Administratrix de bonis non of said estate, and was by this Court duly appointed such Admin-
<br />istratrix, and that she duly qualified and gave bond and is now the duly qualified and acting
<br />Adrainistrwtrix de bonis non of said estate; that said George Flebbe as Administrator filed an
<br />inventory of said estate in this Court and cause, and that he never received or disbursed any
<br />money or other property belonging to said estate; that said deceased died seized in fee simple
<br />of Lot Number 8, in Block Number 47, in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County,Nebraska, consisting of oze town lot of less value than $2000, to -wit; of the
<br />value of about $1000, which premises was, at the time of his death, the homestead of said de-
