<br />7. That said deceased at the time of her death left surviving her as her sole and only heirs
<br />at law and next of kin, the following named persons, towit: Jerry Bowen, her husband, who is now
<br />deceased and who was a resident of Arthur in Arthur County, Nebraska, Marie Bowen Clabaugh, a
<br />daughter a resident of North Platte, Lincoln County, Nebraska, and the petitioner in A his cause,
<br />Maud Bowen Baker, a daughter, now a resident of Curtis, Frontier County, Nebraska, and that said
<br />deceased at the time of her death left surviving her no child or children of a deceased child and
<br />that said deceased as aforesaid left surviving her as her sole and only heirs at law and next of
<br />kin the above named persons..
<br />8. That the,said Samantha Bowen at the time of her death, left, said above described real so-
<br />tats, which at the time of her death descended under the laws of the State of Nebraska, free and
<br />clear of all debts, to her 4aid heirs in the following proportions, towit: To Jerry Bowen, her
<br />r
<br />husband, now deceased, an undivided one -third interest in said real estate, to Marie Bowen Cla-
<br />baugh and baud Bowen Baker, each respectively and individually an undivided one -third interest in
<br />and to said real estate..
<br />IT IS THE?ZFORF ORDERED, AD,TUDGFD AI%TD DECREED BY THE COURT, that Samantha Bowen, deceased, lat
<br />of the County of Lincoln, State of Nebraska, departed this Iii-fe at North Platte, Nebraska on
<br />24,1913, being at the time of her death a resident and inhabitant o��gf��,,Lincoln County, Nebraska,
<br />and that said deceased at the time of her death was the fee simple owner of the following des-
<br />cribed real estate, towit: Lots numbered 11 and 12 in Block number 21 in the original town of
<br />Wood River, State of Nebraska, also the SEJ of the NE-J and the NEE of the SHJ of Section 17.
<br />Township 10, North of Range 11 West of the 6th P.M. in Fia.11 County. Nebraska, and that said real
<br />estate upon the death of the said Samantha Bowen, deceased, descended to her sole and only heirs
<br />Lit law and next of kin, as hereinbefore set Xorth, towit: To Jerry Bowen, her husband now deceas-
<br />ed an undivided one -third interest in said real estate, to Marie Bowen Clabaugh a daughter, an
<br />undivided one -third interest in said real estate, to Maud Bowen Baker, a daughter, an undivided
<br />one -third interest in said real esta.te.. �t is further ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court,
<br />that the above persons are the sole and only heirs ;at law and next of kin of Samantha Bowen, de-
<br />ceased, that said real estate descended to said heirs as above set forth free and clear of all
<br />debts.
