r AGLBZ D 1 425/1 A triangular tract of land bounded on the North by the South line of said Lot 16 first above described; on the Westerly side thereof by the Easterly line of Lincoln Street in said City of Grand Island; and on the southerly side thereof by what would be the center line of Louisa Street if said street was opened to its full width of 80 feet, in said, City. of Grand Island. Said two tracts-above described forming to- gether a rectangular piece of ground 608 feet in length in an Masterly and Westerly direction and 360 feet in width in a Northerly and Southerly direction, and bounded on the Northerly side thereof by what would be the center line of Charles Bt.reet if said Street was opened to its full width of 80 feet; on the Southerly side by what - would be the center line - cf Louise Street if said _street were ;.opened. to- its .full, width of 80 fee ; on the Westerly side by the Easterly line of Lincoln Street and on the Easterly side by the Westerly line of Clark Street. The court further finds that the said George Boehm left surviving him as his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named persons: Catherine Boehm (now Ott), his widow, an( Lydia Leonora Boehm, (now Buechler), XMilie A. Boehm, Theodore Peter Boehm, Frederick Boehm, and Adolph Boehm, his children, that since the death of said George Boehm, Emilie A.Boehm. his daughter, married Carl H.Menek and afterwards departed this life leaving two minor children, Harold C.Menck, her Son, and Lydia C.Menck, her daughter, and Carl'.H.Menek, her husband, as her heirs at law.. The court finds that by operation of law the said above described real estate did pass, at the death of the said George Boehm, in equal shares and in absolute title to the said Lydia LenE Boehm (now Buechler), Emilie A.Boehm, Theodore Peter Boehm, Frederick Boehm and Adolph Boehm and their heirs and assigns, subject to the homestead and dower rights of Catherine Boehm (now Ott) therein.. It is, therefore, Ordered and decreed that the account of the said Administratrix be and the same is hereby allowed and she is discharged of her trust. It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting ytp any claim or demands against said estate. And it is further, Ordered, considered and adjudged, that all the above described real-estate Boehm passes and descends, under the law, in five equal parts as follows:. one part to Lydia Leonora A (now Buechler); one part to Harold C.Menck and Lydia C.Menck, children of Emilie A.Boehm Menek, deceased, subject to the eurtesy right of Carl H.Menck therein One part to Theodore Peter Boehm; one part to Frederick Boehm and one part to Adolph Boehm, to have and to hold to them aril their heirs and assigns forever, subjtct1ho the homestead rights and dower rights of the said Catherir Boehm (now Ott), therein.
