<br />A triangular tract of land bounded on the North by the South line of said Lot 16 first above
<br />described; on the Westerly side thereof by the Easterly line of Lincoln Street in said City
<br />of Grand Island; and on the southerly side thereof by what would be the center line of Louisa
<br />Street if said street was opened to its full width of 80 feet, in said, City. of Grand Island.
<br />Said two tracts-above described forming to- gether a rectangular piece of ground 608 feet in
<br />length in an Masterly and Westerly direction and 360 feet in width in a Northerly and Southerly
<br />direction, and bounded on the Northerly side thereof by what would be the center line of Charles
<br />Bt.reet if said Street was opened to its full width of 80 feet; on the Southerly side by what -
<br />would be the center line - cf Louise Street if said _street were ;.opened. to- its .full, width of 80 fee ;
<br />on the Westerly side by the
<br />Easterly line of Lincoln Street and on the Easterly side by the Westerly line of Clark Street.
<br />The court further finds that the said George Boehm left surviving him as his heirs at law,
<br />and his only heirs at law, the following named persons: Catherine Boehm (now Ott), his widow, an(
<br />Lydia Leonora Boehm, (now Buechler), XMilie A. Boehm, Theodore Peter Boehm, Frederick Boehm, and
<br />Adolph Boehm, his children, that since the death of said George Boehm, Emilie A.Boehm. his
<br />daughter, married Carl H.Menek and afterwards departed this life leaving two minor children,
<br />Harold C.Menck, her Son, and Lydia C.Menck, her daughter, and Carl'.H.Menek, her husband, as her
<br />heirs at law..
<br />The court finds that by operation of law the said above described real estate did pass, at
<br />the death of the said George Boehm, in equal shares and in absolute title to the said Lydia LenE
<br />Boehm (now Buechler), Emilie A.Boehm, Theodore Peter Boehm, Frederick Boehm and Adolph Boehm and
<br />their heirs and assigns, subject to the homestead and dower rights of Catherine Boehm (now Ott)
<br />therein..
<br />It is, therefore, Ordered and decreed that the account of the said Administratrix be and the
<br />same is hereby allowed and she is discharged of her trust.
<br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting ytp any
<br />claim or demands against said estate.
<br />And it is further, Ordered, considered and adjudged, that all the above described real-estate
<br />Boehm
<br />passes and descends, under the law, in five equal parts as follows:. one part to Lydia Leonora A
<br />(now Buechler); one part to Harold C.Menck and Lydia C.Menck, children of Emilie A.Boehm Menek,
<br />deceased, subject to the eurtesy right of Carl H.Menck therein One part to Theodore Peter Boehm;
<br />one part to Frederick Boehm and one part to Adolph Boehm, to have and to hold to them aril their
<br />heirs and assigns forever, subjtct1ho the homestead rights and dower rights of the said Catherir
<br />Boehm (now Ott), therein.
