To William F.Roney, her husband, one third part thereof in absolute title; to Joseph C.Roney,
<br />John P.Roney and Mary Roney, her children, the regaining two thirds part thereof in equal shares,
<br />being an undivided two ninths part thereof to each of them.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that at the death of Anna Roney the above described
<br />real estate descended by operation of law as follows:
<br />One third part thereof to William F. Roney, who is the father of all of the children of de-
<br />ceased; two - thirds part thereof to Joseph C.Roney, John P.Roney and Mary Roney, in equal shares,
<br />and the court awards it. to ahem.

<br />Now on this 26th day of November. 1904., this cause came ice for hearing upon the final report
<br />of Catherine Ott, Administratrix of the estate of George Boehm, deceased, and it satisfactorily
<br />appearing to me from the proof on file„ that all persons interested in said estate have been
<br />duly notified and have entered their voluntary appearance herein and waived further notice, wher
<br />upon after a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in every
<br />respect and ought to be allowed as and for the final account of said a.dministratrix.
<br />The court finds that the time allowed creditors for filing claims against said estate, by thej
<br />former order of the court, was six months from the 18th day of Apri1,1904; that said time has
<br />fully expired; that no claims or demands of any nature were filed; that legal notice was given
<br />persons of the time allowed.-,-,and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the
<br />administratrix has paid the expenses of administration and has fully accounted for all of the
<br />estate whi (th came into her hands..
