To William F.Roney, her husband, one third part thereof in absolute title; to Joseph C.Roney, <br />John P.Roney and Mary Roney, her children, the regaining two thirds part thereof in equal shares, <br />being an undivided two ninths part thereof to each of them. <br />It is therefore considered by the court that at the death of Anna Roney the above described <br />real estate descended by operation of law as follows: <br />One third part thereof to William F.
