GLBZ 1 1 42 -1 1115 LAST WILL Ulf ELISABETH STUBEN. is Elisabeth Stuben make this my last will, hereby revoking all former wills. I appoint my son John Stuben executor of this will and direct that he shall not be required to give any bonds for the faithful discharge of his duties hereunder. I direct that all my debts, expenses of my last illness, funeral expenses and costs of admin- istering my estate shall be paid out of my personal property and [f that is insufficient- the shall be paid out of the proceeds of the sale of my real estate.. To my son John Stuben .I give, devise and bequeath all my pzoperty to be held by him in trust for the benefit of all my children, towit: Louise Thiel, August Moll, Anna Jens, Theodore Moll and John Stuben, and for their heirs. Said trustee John Stuben shall dispose of all the property received or taken by him under this will within one year after my death and divide the proceeds therefrom into five parts and pay the same to my children as above indicated. John shall receive, in addition to his share as above given him the sum of fifty dollars for his trouble in acting as my executor and as trustee of my property.. Done at Grand Island this 4" day of February 1909.
