Mul lin <br />i <br />�- <br />County Judge. <br />j <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />In the matter of the estate of ) <br />} FINAL MECREE. <br />Samuel MacMurray, Deceased.. ) <br />Now, on this 3rd day of June. 1919, this cause came on to be heard upon the final report and <br />i <br />petition of settlement of Williams L.Sprague, Executor of said estate, and it appearing from <br />the proof on file in this case, that due and legal notice as by law and the orders of this <br />Court required, has been given to all persons interested therein, of the time of filing of <br />said report and the time for hearing thereon, and there being no objections thereto, the Court. <br />upon examination thereof, finds that same is in all respects correct and should be allowed and <br />approved. <br />The Court further finds from the proof on file in this cause that legal notice as required <br />by law and the orders of this Court has been given to all persons having claims against said <br />estate, of the time and place for filing same, that said time has expired, that all debts of <br />said estate, including costs of administration, have been fully paid, and that all other claims <br />or debts of said estate, if any exist, are forever barred and precluded. <br />The Court further finds that the said deceased, Samuel MacMurray, died seized of the follow -' <br />ing described real estate situat4, in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit :: Lot Number 12, and the east <br />38 feet of Lot Number 11, in Block Number 9, in the Original Town of Wood River, Nebraska, as <br />ehown'.by the recorded plat thereof, and that same was at the time of his death the homestead <br />of said deceased, and of his wife, Alice J.Ma.cMurray. <br />The Court further finds that the said Samuel 1acMurray died testate at his home in Hall <br />County. Nebraska, on August 21,1918, and was a resident of said county at said time; that he <br />left a last will and testament which was duly filed for probate in this Court as shown by the <br />records thereof, and was duly and legally proven, admitted to probate, and recorded herein as <br />the last will and testament of said deceased; that under the provisions of said will the above <br />I <br />described real estate was devised for life to said Alice J.MacMurray, widow of said deceased, <br />and after her death, in equal shares to the brothers and sisters of said deceased. <br />I <br />The Court further finds that said deceased left surviving him as his heirs at law, devisees, <br />and legatees. under said will, the following named persons, viz., Alice J.YaXurray, his widow, <br />Michael MacMurray, his brother, Ellen VanBuskirk. Susan MacMurray, Agnes Jaquith, and Sarah <br />Thompson, his sisters, and the following named being the children and only heirs at <br />persons, <br />jlaw of John MacMurray, deceased, a brother of said Samuel MacMurray. and who preceded him in <br />E <br />1 <br />death, viz., Samuel MacMurray. Annie : MacMurray, Ellen MacMurray, and John MacMurray, the last <br />four named persons being nieces and nephews of said Samuel Mac Murray „ deceased, and that under <br />the provisions of the will of said deceased, the above described real estate was devised and <br />passed to said Alice J. MacMurray, for and during her natural lifetime, and after her death <br />i <br />! to the above named brothers and sistsrs of said deceased, and to the children and heirs at <br />law of John MacMurray, deceased, as above set forth, the said children and the heirs at law of <br />said John MacMurrgy. deceased, taking by right of representation the share devised to their <br />
