Menck <br />died seized of an estate of inheritance situate in Hall County, Nebraska, as above determined <br />and that he died intestate more than two years prior to the filing of the petition in this <br />cause; that no application for the appointment of an administrator has been made and that no <br />administration of his estate has been had in the State of Nebraska;-.that all of his interest <br />in and to the above mention-and described real estate passed and descended at his death under <br />the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, in the manner following: <br />To Lena Menck, his widow, one <br />fourth <br />part thereof; <br />To Henry J.Yenck, Mildred <br />D.Bnight, <br />Agnes <br />B.Nelson, Harry C.Menck, Eleanor <br />M.Vade, <br />Erma M.Menck, <br />Lloyd C.Menck and Herman <br />G.Menck, <br />three <br />fourths part thereof in equal shares; that the above named heirs at law .of said deceased bore <br />the degree of kinship to him of siirtiving widow and .children; the interest of the deceased in <br />the above dscribed real estate descended to said heirs at law by virtue of the law of descent <br />and the court awards it to them and to their heSirs and assigns forever in the manner as above <br />set forth; that all debts of said deceased and of his estate, if there, be such, are forever <br />barred and excluded, and that said estate is closed and administration is dispensed with.. <br />J.H.
