<br />It is therefore by the court ordered, adjudged and decreed that all claims and debts of the

<br />final report of said Rosa Etting, administratrix, is hereby in all things approved and confirmed;
<br />that the above described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska on the death of the said
<br />'Albert Etting passed under the provisions of said Will and by virtue 6f the law of the State of
<br />Nebraska to Rosa Etting and Irma. Etting as follows towit;: An undivided one - nineth (1/9) interest
<br />in said property= to the said Irma. Etting and the remaining eight - ninths (8/9) interest to the
