<br />been duly recorded herein as the last Will and Testament of said deceased. That said Will was in
<br />words and figures as follows towit;
<br />"I,, Albert Etting, of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska make and declare this to be rry last
<br />Will and Testament.
<br />1. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be ,paid out of my estate.
<br />2. I give and bequeath to each of my five (5) children, Amanda C.Etting, Alma Etting, Lee
<br />E.Etting, Norval E.Etting, and Florence Etting the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to be
<br />paid to them i�:fter they reach their majority, making in all the sum of Five Thousand Dollars
<br />($5,000-00) so bequeathed.
<br />3..I give, devise and bequeath to my two (2) sons, Lee E.Etting and Norval $.fitting, above
<br />named, all that tract of land with the appurtenances there unto belonging known as "The Etting
<br />Estate ", consisting of Two hundred and forty -five and one -half (245J) Acres lying in Section
<br />nine (9) and/)ten (10) in Township eighty-seven (87), North, of Range Four (4), East, of the 5th
<br />P.M. in Jackson County,Iowa and more particularly described in a certain deed in my favor dated
<br />August 24, 1893 and recorded in Book Fifty-six (56) of Lands on Page Four Hundred and ninety-one
<br />(491) of the Deed Records of said Jackson County;, Iowa-
<br />4. I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved wife, Rosa Etting, all the rest and residue of
<br />my estate -both real and personal where so ever found to be held by her in fee simple.
<br />5. I appoint and constitute my friend, Henry Glade of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska, s
<br />executor of this my last Will and Testament and I desire that he by not required to give bond
<br />as such executor.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this 15th day of Maxch,A.D.1898..

<br />Signed, published and declared by the said Albert Etting as and for his last Will and Test-
<br />ament in the presence of us and each of us, who at his request and in his presence and - -in the
<br />presence of each other have subscribed our °,named as witness thereto.

<br />The court further finds that the said Albert Etting, deceased left surviving him as his heir
<br />at law and his only heirs at law, Rosa Etting, his : ,vidow. Amanda Etting Flower, his daughter;
<br />Alma C.Etting Schuff, his daughter; Lee E.Etting, his son; Dorval Etting, his son; Florence Ett-
<br />ing, his daughter; and Irma Etting, his daughter; end the court further finds that the said
<br />Irma Etting, his daughter, was born subsequent to the making of the klast Will and Testament
<br />of the said Albert Etting, as aforesaid mentioned.
<br />The court further finds that the said Henry Glade, mentioned in said last Will and Testa-
<br />meat, was on April 25,1908 granted letters testamentary as the executor of said last Will and
<br />Testament, but thatthe said Henry Glade departed this life without having fully administered
<br />said estate and that letters of administration de bonis non were on December 27,1910 granted
<br />to Rosa Etting, as administratrix of the estate of said Albert Etting, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that said Rosa Etting, administratrix had duly accounted for all of
<br />the money and property coming into her hands as provided in said Will and under the orders of
<br />this court and has paid in full all of the debts of said estate and special legacies under said
<br />Will and has made other distributions as shown by her final report and that all of the residuary
<br />personal property remaining for distribution has been distributed,, one -ninth (1/9) thereof to
<br />the said Irma Etting and eight- ninths (8/9) thereof to the said Rosa Etting and that receipts
<br />these -for in full have been filed in the records of this court, and that all of the personal
<br />property of the estate of Albert Etting has been distributed as required by the terms of the
<br />
