<br />Now, on this 5th day of July,1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final l
<br />Report of Louis Guldner, executor of the Last Will and Testament of Henry Muller, deceased, not -I
<br />ice of the filing Off said report and of the time and place fixed for final settlement of the es-
<br />tate of said deceased having been published, as required by the order of court, dated June 24th,
<br />1919, and there being no objection or protest on file.
<br />On consideration of the files and the testimony, the court finds that said report is correct
<br />in all respects and ought to be allowed; that the executor has accounted for all of the estate
<br />of said deceased, which came to his possession or under his control; and that there remains
<br />no property or money in his hands for distribution.
<br />The court finds that notice has been given to all creditors of said deceased as to the time
<br />allowed and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time allowed for
<br />filing claims has fully expired, and all claims outstanding against said Henry Muller, deceased,.
<br />not so filed, if any such exist, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded;hat all claims
<br />filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and satisfied.
<br />It is, therefore, by the court, considered and adjudged that the report of Louis Guldner,
<br />executor, be and the same, hereby, is approved and allowed as and for his final account, and he
<br />is discharged of his trust.
<br />It is further considered that all persons are forever barred, precluded and excluded from
<br />filing or setting up .any claims or demands against said estate.
<br />The court finds that the said Henry Muller departed this life on the 2nd day of April,1918,
<br />being, at that time, a resident of Hall County, Nebraska; and that he left a last will and test-
<br />cement, which instrument was duly proved and admitted to probate in this court on the 7th day of
<br />May,1918, and recorded in this office.
<br />The court finds that the said Henry Muller died seized in fee of the following described
<br />real estate, situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />The Easterly Sixty -four (64) feet of Lot Eight (8), in Block Five (5), in Lambert's Addition)
<br />to the City of Grand Island; and Lots Five (5) and Six (6), in Block Five (5), in Lambert's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island; and that,.under the provisions of said last will and
<br />testament,9aid above described real estate, at the death of the testator, passed to and became
<br />the property of St. Francis Hospital of Grand Ieiand,Hall County,Nebraska; that, under the terms
<br />of said last will and testament, the Sister Superior of said St.Francis Hospital of Grand Is-
<br />land, Hall County,Nebraska, was expressly authorized and empowered to sell and convey said real
<br />estate, and to pay the proceeds therefrom to said hospital.
<br />The court further finds that M.Blanca Kohler was the duly and legally authorized Sister
<br />Superior of St.Francis Hospital of Grand Island,H.all County,Nebraska; and that, pursuant to the
<br />power conferred upon her to sell the real estate belonging to the estate of Henry Muller, de-
<br />ceased, the said M.Blanca Kohler, as Sister Superior of St.Francis hospital of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, has, duly and legally, conveyed the Easterly Sixty -four (64) feet of Lot
<br />Eight (8), in Block Five (5), in Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, to
<br />C. S* Youngs; and that she has, also, conveyed Lots Five (5) and Six (61, in Block Five (5), in
<br />Lambert's Addition to the City of Grand Island, to Jessie O'Neill; that said deeds to said pro-
<br />perty were executed in accordance with the terms of the will of Henry Muller, deceased; and that
<br />the-proceeds received from all of said lots have been fully paid over to St. Francis Hospital
