I Henry Muller of Grand Island,Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following —1— I direct that all my just debts be first paid. -2- After the payment of all my just debts, I give devise and bequeath all of my property both- real and personal and wherever situated, to Saint Francis Hospital of Grand Island,Hall County Nebraska and I hereby authorize and empower the Sister Superior of Saint Francis Hospital of Grand Island to make execute and acknowledge and deliver a deed to any and all real estate of which I die possessed, to any person or corporation or company, I hereby ratifying any deed of conveyance she may make, it being my intention to authorize said Sister Superior- or her suecessc to convey said real estate, without authority from any Court whatsoever, and to turn over to sai hospital all the proceeds therefrom. I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made. I hereby authorize and appoint Louis Guldner of Grand Island Nebraska executor of this my will and testament.
