<br />On October 30,1918 said Arthur Burkey, Admr. filed petition for final settlement and discharge
<br />land named only heirs of said deceased as follows- Eliza Stutzman widow; Nora Gardner,,Mattie
<br />Stutzman, Rena Stutzman, & Amanda Stutzman, daughters; Monroe Stutzma4 Altine Stutzman, Marvin
<br />Stutzman, sons.
<br />Court ordered that said report and petition for final settlement be heard November 21,1918 at
<br />9 otclock A.M., and that notice thereof be given by publication in Milford Review, for one week,
<br />at least ten days prior to date of hearing.
<br />On Nov. 25, 1918,, J.R.Patmore filed proof of publication of "Notice of Final Settlement". d
<br />sworn to by himself before J.H.Perkinson NP, Seward Co. Neb,Com. 2- 6- 1920,seal attached, deposit
<br />that he is editor and publisher of Milford Review, a weekly newspaper printed, published and of
<br />general circulation in Seward County,Nebraska; that at the time of publication, said newspaper
<br />was a legal newspaper, as defined by the Statutes of Nebraska; and that the insertion was madd
<br />therein on November 7,1918. Attached notice shows November 21,1918, as time for hearing thereon.
<br />On October 30,1918, hearing was had on said report and petition. The Court found and decreed,
<br />that all claims allowed had been paid, and that said estate was fully solvent, and that said de-
<br />ceased left as his only heirs:_ Court found and decreed that the personal property of which said --
<br />deceased died seized and possessed has been assigned by the children of said deceased to their-
<br />mother Eliza Stutzman and that she has filed her receipt for same-.(Such assignment of personal
<br />property from all of said children of said deceased to said widow Eliza Stutzman, was filed herei
<br />on Nov..21, 10.18 & files in said estate include her receipt for same.
<br />On Nov. 21, 1918,. said Court found that said administrator had in all things complied with the
<br />orders of the Court, and all other duties and obligations required by law, and was thereupon du
<br />discharged, administration bond canceled, and letters of administration were revoked and annulled.
