Neb,Com. 2- 6- 1920,seal attached, deposit <br />that he is editor and publisher of Milford Review, a weekly newspaper printed, published and of <br />general circulation in Seward County,Nebraska; that at the time of publication, said newspaper <br />was a legal newspaper, as defined by the Statutes of Nebraska; and that the insertion was madd <br />therein on November 7,1918. Attached notice shows November 21,1918, as time for hearing thereon. <br />On October 30,1918, hearing was had on said report and petition.
