<br />Henry Tagge,Deceased.
<br />Now on this 18 day of July,1919, this cause came on to be heard on the final report of Eva
<br />M.Tagge, Administratrix of the Estate of Henry Tagge, Deceased, and it appearing to the Court
<br />from the proofs on file and the voluntary appearance of the interested parties signed and filed
<br />in this Court that notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate of the filing
<br />of said report, as required by lax and by the order of this Court, and it further appearing to t
<br />Court, after full examination, that the account exhibited by said Administratrix is correct in
<br />all things and ought to be approved and allowed and it further appearing that said Administratri
<br />has accounted for all of said estate which has come into her hands it is therefore,
<br />ORDERF.D,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of said Eva M.Tagge,Administratrix of the Instate
<br />of Henry Tagge,Deceased be and the same is approved as and for her final report.
<br />The Court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the time and place fined for presenting claims against the estate of said de-
<br />ceased; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully expired; that no claims have been filed
<br />against said estate; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and the costs of administering
<br />said estate have been fully paid and that.all outstanding claims against said estate not filed,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is there fore, ORT)FRFD,AD<?UDGT;D ANT) DEC FD by the Court that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Henry Tagge,Deceae
<br />ed and that such estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that no cash or personal property of any nature or description has
<br />come into the possession of the Administratrix. That she has paid the funeral expenses, interest
<br />on mortgages against the real estate belonging to said estate and other obligations against the
<br />estate from her personal funds.
<br />That in addition thereto she has paid out the sum of $149.00.for attorney's fee, court costs
<br />and expenses of recording the final decree, also from her personal funds. That said Administrate
<br />makes no claim against said estate for the moneypr so advanced by her from her personal funds and,
<br />has filed a release in this Court of any such claim.
<br />The Court finds that the said Henry Tagge departed this life on the 20" day of December,1918.,
<br />and that he died intestate leaving as his heirs -at -law and his only heirs -at -lax and the only
<br />persons interested in his estate the following named: Eva M.Tagge,his widow,Charles Tagge,a son.,
<br />Matilda Lackenmacher,a daughter and Louis Tagge, a son.

<br />The Court finds that the said henry Tagge died, seized as the owner in fee simple of the follo�
<br />ing described real estate situated in Hall County,Nebraska,to -grit: The South -east quarter (SEA -J) 1
<br />of Section 1 in Township 12 North of Range 12 in Hall County,Nebraska. The East One -half of the 11
<br />North -west quarter (E of Section 12 in Township 12 North of Range 12 in Hall County,Nebrasia.
<br />Lot 3 in BlKrck 44 of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska
<br />The Court finds that the above mentioned Lot 3 in Block 44 of Russell Wheeler's Addition to t
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska, was, at the death of the said Henry Tagge the home - ++ii
<br />stead of the said Henry Tagge and Eva M.Tagge, his wife, and that the said Eva U.Tagge, widow oflthe
<br />said Henry Tagge, Deceased, is entitled to a homestead and has a homestead interest in and to sad
<br />Lot 3 in Block 44 of Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Isiand,Hall County,Nebraska�
<br />That under the law of descent of the State of Nebraska, all of the above described real esta.to'
<br />did pass and descend on the death of the said Henry Tagge, Deceased, in the manner following•
