<br />the petition of B.Iiamilton Tivis,admi.nistrator of the estate of Samantha Tiv is, decease d, rith
<br />the final account submitted therewith and was submitted to the Court upon the evidence offered in
<br />support thereof and on c ,�nsideratior inthereof the Court finds:
<br />That due and legal notice of the time of hea ring upon said petition and said final account
<br />has been had and given as required by luiu and the urders of the court fixing therein this day
<br />end place as the time and glace for hearing to be hod thereon and for an examination and settle-
<br />r.:er_t of said account.
<br />That said account is in all respects lust and correct and should be had,received and allowed
<br />as and f0T the final account of said admini.strator,trat due anal legal notice of the time for
<br />filing claims aLu.inst said estate has 'been had and given as required by law and all claims filed
<br />against said estate have been fully ;paid and discharged and the further filing of clams has
<br />been barred by the orders of this _,ourt; that there is no inheritance tax assessable against
<br />said estate and that all costs of administration have been paid and discharged.

<br />said time a resident and L.nhatitant of mall County, ?ebraska, and possessed of both real and �_er-

<br />That the residue of ,ersonL_l rroperty reii:aining in tlhe hLnds of said ad ninistrutor for dis-
<br />tribution has been distributed or accounted for aironG the several heirs and they have each duly
<br />4eknowledged satisfaction ther,:�ef and cunsented to the discharge of said administrator as more
<br />fully appears by the files of this cause.
<br />That u.t the time of the death of the said Samantha Tivis she was the owner of an undivided
<br />one -half interest in fractional Lot 6,in fractional Block 1' in Fairview Park Additior. and its
<br />compler er_ts,to -wit: fractional Lot 5 in fractional Elock 12, H.G. Clark's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island in Hall County,Nebraska, as both additions are surveyed,platted and recorded,
<br />which said real estate, together ,i th any other real estate of which the deceased may have died
<br />possessed of an estate of inheritance therein, has passed to her husband and said children and
<br />of thich the said B.Hamilton Tivis liasO�ujndivided one -third interest therein, and the said childre
<br />herein n�,_,edhave succeeded to the remaining two- thirds interest therein share and share alike
<br />and as tenant$ in coiaiion.
<br />It is therefore ordered,adjudged and decreed by the Court that said final administration
<br />account be and the sure is hereon settled, allovred f.nd up roved as filed, that the said B. Ham-
<br />ilton Tivis, as administrator of the estate of Samantha Tivis, deceased, be and he is hereby
<br />discharged from other and further duties in the y,rer, ices, that -s"id real estate of which the sai
