<br />The court finds that the said Margaretha Rickert departed this life on the 25th day of Nov-
<br />ember,1918, having her residence in Hall County,Nebraska, and that she died intestate.
<br />The court finds that the said Margaretha Rickert left surviving her as her heirs at law and
<br />her only heirs at law the.following; named persons: Carl F.Rickert, her husband, and Fred Rickert,
<br />George Rickert � :.rd Charles Rickert, her sons and Amanda. Rink, Bettie Schroeder and Christina
<br />Schw &rtz, her daughters.
<br />The court finds that the said Maxgaretha Rickert died seized in fee of the following describes
<br />real estate situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska,to -wit: The East one half of the
<br />P:orth- 11,1est Quarter of Section Fourteen (14) in Township Ten (10), in Range Twelve (12), and that
<br />under the law of descent of real estate in t'rw State of Nebraska., her right, title , and interest in

<br />said real estate did descend as follows: To Carl F.Rickert, her husband one third part thereof
<br />in fee; To Fred Rickert,Ar.anda, Rink,George Rickert,Charles Rickert, Bettie Schroeder,and Christir
<br />Schwartz, two thirds )art thereof in equal shares,suwject to the homestead rights of the said

<br />It is therefore considered by the court that at the death of Ma.rgaretha Rickext,intestate, t
