IGLBZ <br />C <br />C <br />1 <br />4r, <br />D <br />1 <br />at Hastings, this 31st day of August,A.D.,1918. <br />3 49 1 � <br />John Snider, <br />(SEAL) Judge of the County Court. <br />That on the 31st day of August,1918, said Maggie E. Christopher duly qualified as such Executrix <br />by taking and filing oath: and filing bond as directed by the Court and then became, has been <br />ever since and is now, the duly appointed,qualified and acting Executrix of said estate. <br />That on said day an order was duly entered by the Court fixing the 5th day of October,1918, <br />or within three months thereafter as the time for filing claims and that all claims not filed <br />within the time so limited should be forever barred, and directing that notice thereof be given <br />by publication in the Adams County Democrat for four successive weeks. <br />That thereupon notice to creditors was duly €:riven and published as required by law and in <br />compliance with the order of the Court. <br />The Court further finds that the time for filing claims has expired and that all claims filed <br />and allowed against said estate and the costs of administration have been fully paid:;. and IT <br />IS HEREBY ORDFRED AND ADTUDCTD that all claims not filed against said estate are forever barred. <br />That said Maggie E.Christopher, Ixecutrix, submitted her account and vouchers and no one <br />appearing to object.thereto or contest the same, the Court finds that said account is just and <br />true and should be and is hereby allowed and approved and ordered recorded as her final account. <br />The `Court further finds that said Columbus C.Christopher, deceased, left surviving him as his <br />only heirs at law, devisees and legatees under the will, and only persons interested in said <br />estate, the following named persons to -wit: Maggie E.Christopher,widow, Hastings,Nebraska; <br />William Edward Christopher, son, Trumball,11ebraska; Edith Belle Brown,(nee Christopher), Daughte3 <br />Doniphan,Nebraska; Eva May Christopher ,daughter,Hastings,Nebraska; and Vern Elmer Christopher, <br />son,Hastings,Nebra.ska; that all of said persons are of legal age and past their majority, and <br />said deceased left surviving him no other son or daughter, nor the child or children of any de- <br />ceased son or daughter. <br />The Court further finds that said Maggie E. Christopher, widow, is entitled to all of the <br />personal property including notes, mortgages, stocks, bonds, moneys and all other securities. <br />The Court further finds that said Columbus C.Christopher, deceased died seized in fee of the <br />following described real estate to -wit: The West One -half (W.1) of the South West Quarter (SW4) <br />of Section Twenty -eight (28) and the North East Quarter (N.E.4) of Section. Thirty -two (32), all <br />in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M.. Hall County,Nebraska. Also <br />an undivided one -half interest in and to the South Forty -six (46) feet of the West One -half (W.-,T') <br />of the North One -half (N.-AT) of Block Four (4), in Alexander's Addition to Hastings,Nebraska. <br />And the Court finds that under the provisions of said Will. said Maggie E.Christopher is <br />entitled to the sole use, rental, income, occupancy and control of all of said real estate during <br />her natural life. <br />That as to the fee title to said real estate said will <br />"Third. I hereby give,devise and bequeath <br />provides as follows to -wit: unto myV wife.Maggie H. Christopher, for her use and benefit during <br />her natural life all the real estate or interests in real estate of which I may be possessed at <br />time of my death, and at her death, the said real estate shall be divided equally between my <br />four children, William Edward Uhristopher, Edith Belle Brown, Eva May Christopher, and Vern <br />Elmer Christopher, or shoyald any of the said children not survive my said wife, stich s': are or <br />shares shall decend to their children by right of representations <br />The Court further finds that the value of the property devised and bequeathed to each of <br />the devisees and legatees under the will _is less then the amount exempt to each by law and is <br />in no manner liable for an inheritance tax.. <br />
