<br />taking and filing oath as required by law and filing bond.in the sum of 100.00, with su3Xties to
<br />be approved by the Court.
<br />Said Will together with the Certificate of Probate thereof being in the words and figures
<br />following to -wit:

<br />I,Columbus C. Christopher of Hastings in the County of Adams, State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind ,and memory,,,nd considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />m4ke ?.publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TFSTAITENT:
<br />FIRST,I order and direct that my Executrix hereinafter named, pay all my dust debts and funera
<br />expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />SFCOND.After the pu3iment of such funeral expenses and debts. I give,devise and bequeath unto
<br />my wife, YiagL;ie E. Christopher all my personal estate of which I may be possesed at time of my
<br />death.
<br />THIRD•I hereby give,devise and bequeath unto Q' said wife, Maggie E.Christopher, for her use
<br />and benefit during her natural life all the real estate or interests in real estate of which I
<br />mjay be possessed at time of ii-,y death, and at her death, the said real estate shall be divided eq
<br />between ray four children William Edward Christopher, Edith Belle Brown,Eva May Christopher, and
<br />Vern Elmer Christopher, or should any of the said children not survive my said wife such share
<br />or shares shall decend to their children by right of representation.
<br />LASTLY, I rrake, constitute and a,point my said wife Yaggie E. Christopher (without bond) to
<br />be Executrix of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS VHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 8th day of
<br />February in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and nine.
