<br />It IS THEREFORE CONSIDEREn, AD.TUDGED AND ORDERED by the Court that all household goods,
<br />wearing apparel, jewelry and ornaments of the said Fred Donner, deceased, also the sum of
<br />$75-51 remaining in the hands if said executor be and the same are hereby assigned to Rosa
<br />Donner, widow, in accordance with the terms of said last Will and Testament, as construed by
<br />the Court under the Law.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED, AD.T[JDGED AND ORDERED by the Court that the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East half (Ej) of the southeast quarter (SE-1) of section thirty -two (32), township nine
<br />(9), North, Range eleven (11). West of the Sixth P.M.Hall County, Nebraska, being 80 acres more
<br />or less,
<br />Also one acre in the southeast corner of the west half (wf) of the Southeast quarter (SE-41)
<br />of section thirty-two (32), township nine (9), north, Range eleven (11), West of the Sixth P.M.
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, be and the same is hereby assigned to Rosa Donner. for her use and benefit
<br />during the term of her natural life and at her death the same to go in fee simple title to
<br />Anna Susanna Donner Lovewell in accordance with the terms of the said last Will and Testament
<br />of Fred Donner, deceased.

<br />of Maggie E. Christopher, Executrix, of the Last Will and Testament of said Columbus C. ChristF
<br />opher, deceased, for final settlement and distribution and for her discharge as Executrix and
<br />the evidence, and was submitted to the Court.
<br />Upon Consideration Whereof, the Court finds from the records the proofs on file and the evider
<br />That due and legal notice of this hearing was had by publication according; to law-
<br />That said Columbus C.Christopher departed this life testate in said County on the 25th day
<br />of July, 1918, and was at the time of his death a. resident of and domiciled in said Adams County.
<br />That on the 6th day of August,1918,a paper writing purporting to be the last will and test-
<br />cement of said Columbus C. Christopher, deceased, together with a petition praying for the probate
<br />of the same wets duly allowed it this Court.
