Fowlie and Mary <br />E. Conklin, her daughters and Gilbert Murphy, her son. <br />The court further finds that said Emily A. Murphy was, at the time of her death the owner of <br />the following described real estate situate in the County (�f Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4) in Block Five (5) in the First Addition to Wood River and that under the terms of <br />the last will of said Emily A. Murphy, deceased and the codicil thereto, said Henry Hockenberger, <br />executor of her said estate, was and is authorized to sell or convey any and all of the property, <br />real, personal, or mixed, of said Emily A. Murphy, deceased, on such terms and at such times as <br />he shall deem best, without license or authority of any Court for the making or confirming of <br />such sales and the Court therefore finds that said executor has full right and authority to sell <br />and convey the premises above described upon such terms and at such times as he shall deem best. <br />It is therefore adjudged andconsidered by the Court that the said Henry Hockenberger, executox <br />of the estate of Emily A.
