<br />I. Emily A. Murphy, of Wood River, Nebraska, do make, publish and declare the following codicil
<br />to this my last will and testament, that is to say:
<br />I do hereby revoke the appointment of Gilbert P. Murphy and Edward C. Hockenberger as executor
<br />and hereby nomiate and appoint Henry Hockenberger of Columbus, Nebraska to be the sole executor !i
<br />of my will and request that he be not required to give bonds as such. My said executor is to exer
<br />cise all the powers, duties and privilegeskdevolving on the executors named in mY will.
<br />Dated this 6th day of July, A. D. 1910.

<br />I, J. H. Mullin, Judge of the County Court In and for said County, do
<br />hereby certify that on the 16 day of October 1918, Lhe instrument purporting to be the last will
<br />and testament of Emily A. Murphy, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 16th
<br />day of December 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, pro-
<br />bated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said deceased, ani
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 12th day of June, 1919, this cause came on for hearir
<br />upon a report of Henry Hockenberger, executor of the estate of Emily A. Murphy, deceased, of the
<br />payment of claims allowed and his motion that the Court enter a decree establishing heirship,barr•
<br />ing claims and establishing the right of the executor to convey real estate under the will of de-
<br />ceased.
<br />The Court finds that notice, as required by law and in accordance with the order of the court
<br />herein, was given to all creditors of the said deceased of the time allowed and place appointed
<br />for filing, claims against her estate, that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have
<br />that fully paid and satisfied and all claims outstanding against said estate and not filed
<br />as required, if any there be, are forever barred.
<br />It is therefore considered th4t thgt all persons are forever barred from filing or setting
<br />up any claims against the estate of Emily A. Murphy, deceased. The court further finds that.
