J Gr Bz 1 1 The court finds that under the provisions of said last Will and Testament, all of the above mentioned and described real estate did pass and descend at his death to Paulina Peters, his widow, to have and to hold the same during the period of her natural life, but with full power i j and authority to sell and convey all or any part or portion thereof at any time she may desire I to do so. The court finds that at the death of the said Paulina Peters all that part of said real estate remaining undisposed of by the said Paulina Peters during her life time, descends to and becomes the property of Albert Peters and Johanna Peters Thom, share and share alike, under the terms and -provisions of said last Will and Testament. The court finds that under the provisions of the last Will and Testament of the said John Peters, deceased, all of the personal property left -by the testator Lt the time of his death passed and became the property of the said Paulina Peters for and during the time of her natural life, - any part of the same remaining at her death to pass to the said Albert Peters and Jo- ` hanna Peters Thom in equal shares.
