<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL CO11TTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate )

<br />John Peters, Deceased. ) Now on this 20th day of March, 1917, this cause came on for hear-
<br />ing upon the final report of Paulina Peters, executrix of the last Will and Testament of John
<br />Peters, deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the court from the proof on file that Paulina
<br />Peters, Albert Peters and Johanna Thom, nee Peters are the heirs and only heirs of the said John
<br />Peters, deceased, and the only persons interested in his estate, and that they have'lentered thei:
<br />voluntary appearance herein, waived the publication of the notice of the filing of the final rep(
<br />of said executrix and notice of the time and placefor final settlement of said estate.
<br />On consideration of said report and of the files and records in this office, the court finds
<br />that the report of said executrix is correct in all respect and ought to be approved and allowed
<br />that the said executrix has accounted for all of the estate of the said deceased :which came into
<br />her possession, has -,,-,aid the debts allowed against the estate, - the funeral expenses, the ex-
<br />pense of the last sickness of said deceased, as well as the costs of administration. and that
<br />there remains no money or other property in her hands for distribution.
<br />It is,therefore, considered and adjudged by The court that The report of Paulina Peters,
<br />executrix of the last Will and Testament of John Peters, deceased, be, and the same hereby is,
<br />approved and allowed as and for her final account a.nd she is discharged of her trust as such
<br />executrix and her bond is released.
<br />The court finds that by order of this court duly entered of record on the 2nd day of August,
<br />1916, creditors of the said John Peters, deceased, were allowed six months from the 28th day of
<br />August, 1916, in which to file their claims with the proof thereof in the office of the County
<br />Judge of hall County, Nebraska, or be forever barred; that notice of the time limited and place
<br />apdointed for filing claims against the estate of saicl deceased was given to ail creditors by
<br />publication of such notice for four consecutive weeks in the Grand Island Semi - weekly Indenenden,
<br />a legal newspaper; that all claims filed and allowed against the estate of said John Peters, de-
<br />ceased, have been paid and satisfied; that the time allowed for filing claims against said es-
<br />tate has fully expired; and that all claims outstanding against the said John Peters, deceased,
<br />or his estate, if any such exist, are therefore forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefore considered and adiudged by the court that all persons are forever barred and
<br />precluded from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of John Peters, and
<br />that said estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said John Peters departed this life on the 24th day of ,Tune, A.D..
<br />1916, being a.t the time of his death an inhabitant of Grand Island, in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and that he left a last Will and Testament, which instrument was duly proved, allowed, admitted
<br />to probate and entered of record in this office on the 2nd day of August, 1916, after due notice
<br />by publication to all persons interested.
<br />The court finds that the said John. Peters died seized in fee simple of the following describe
<br />real estate in the State of Nebraska, to -wit: The South Half of the North West Quarter (St NTT')
<br />and The North East Quarter of the North West Quarter (NEB .NV -41) of Section Twenty -Six (26) in
<br />Township Thirteen (13) in Range Nine (9) in Howard County, the South Half of the South East
<br />Quarter (S' SEA) of Section Thirty -Four (34) in Township Thirteen (13) in Range Nine (9), in
<br />Howard County, - Lots Five (5) and Six (6) in Block One Hundred Thirty Two (132) of Koenig'
<br />& Wiebe's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in wall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that the said John Peters left surviving him as his sole and only heirs at
<br />law, Paulina Peters, his widow, Albert Peters and Johanna Peters Thom, his children.
