<br />Association stock and said War Savings Stamps, and thecertificate therefor, out of said estate
<br />to apply upon said a17 ow and allotment, the rer�i_nder thereof to be awarded to her upon
<br />the expenses and costs of administration which she has paid from her personal funds in settlement
<br />of said estate, and that same should be and hereby are allowed and awarded to her.
<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized of the following described real estate
<br />situate in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Number 10 in Block dumber 2, in First Addition to
<br />the Town of Wood River, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted, and recorded, and' that the sane rras, at
<br />the time of the death of deceased, his homestead and the homestead of said Savilla A. Taylor,
<br />his wife, and that as such homestead it descended, by operation of law, to her for life, the fee
<br />therein descending as provided by the Statue of Descent in the state of Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that said Truman C. Taylor died intestate at his resident in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and while an inhabitant andresident thereof, on September 5, 1918; that he
<br />left surviving hin9 G,s his heirs and only heirs at Law Savilia A. Taylor, his widow, Blanche E.
<br />Rounds, and Mabel E. McGlasson, his daughters, and Frank A. Taylor, his son, and that all of
<br />said heirs at law were more than twenty -one: y64rs of age at the time of his death, and that
<br />the above described real estate, subject to the life estate and homestead rights of said
<br />widow, descended as provided by the laws of Nebraska, one -third in fee to Savilla A. Taylor,
<br />widow, and the other two - thirds in equal snares to said Blanche E. Rounds, Mabel E. McGlasson,
<br />and Frank A. Taylor, his children, and that same is so awarded to them.
<br />IT IS THERFFORE BY THE COURT ADJUDGED, DRCRFED, ATTI) CO* SII)FRTr that the final rel ort of said
<br />Administratrix is in all things allowed and approved; that all debts cf said estate, including
<br />costs of administration, have been fully paid; that all other debts and claims against said
<br />estate, if any there be, are forever barred and precluded; that the above described real estate
<br />passed and descended upon the death of said intestate. to the said Savilla A. Taylor, for arld
<br />during her natural lifetime, and su`u,ject to said life estate, the fee therein passed and des-
<br />cended, one -third to said Savilla A. Taylor, and the other two - thirds to said Blanche E. Rounds,
<br />Mabel E. McGlasson, and Frank A. Taylor, in equal shares, as tenants in common; that the above
<br />described certificate Number 756 of stock in the Mood River Building & Loan Association, and
<br />War Sarrir_gs Stamp Certificate issued by the United States, Number 17600270, selected by said
<br />widow, should be and hereby are awarded and allotted to her, and she is directed and - empowered
<br />to make and have due assignments thereof to herself as the widow and heir at law of said deceaso
<br />4nd do all acts necessary to the due assignment; receipt, and collection thereof; that said
<br />estate is hereby closed, said Administratrix discharged, and her bond released.
