<br />Now on this 13th day of June, 1919, this cause came on hearing upon the final report of Savill
<br />A. Taylor, Administratrix of the above estate, -and her petition ror a final settlement thereof,
<br />and of the distribution and award of the property of said estate, and it appearing from the proo:
<br />on file herein that all persons interested in said estate had accepted notice in writing of the
<br />filing of said report, waived publication, time, and further notice therein, and asked that same
<br />be approved, the Court, upon examination of said reyjort, finds same in all resff6�cts correct, and
<br />that it should be allowed and approved.
<br />The Court further fines from the proof on file herein that due and legal notice as by law an
<br />the orders of this Court required, has been given by publication, to all creditors of said estat
<br />of the time and place for filing claims against said estate, that said time has expired, and tha
<br />said Administratrix h Ls ],,z:.id all claims filed herein against the said estate, including the ex-
<br />penses of the funeral of deceased, and the costs of administration, and that she has paid thereb
<br />199.82 in excess of all personal property received by her, and that she waives any claim agains

<br />Number 756 in the Wood River Building & Loan Association for stock therein, amounting to 139.03,
<br />and War Savings Stamp Certificate Dumber 17600270, issued by the United States, for savings stamll,s
