I]GLBZ <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />377+ <br />of real estate and personal property to her during her natural life and remises, releases and <br />quit claims any other or further or different right which she may have in and to any part, parcel <br />or portion of the said estate of Fountain Hargis, deceased either real or personal. The real es- <br />tate being the same as hereinbefore described as follows: The Northerly one hundred and two and <br />one -half (1021)feet of Lot No. One in Block No. 59 in the original town now city of Grand Island, <br />Nebraska. The same being a rectangular piece of ground having one hundred and two and one -half <br />(102j) feet fronting on Cedar Street in said city, by sixty-six (66) feet in depth off of the <br />Northerly end of said lot. The same and the division of said moneys and personal property to be <br />i <br />to the said three persons last named and to their heirs and as3igns forever. If either of them <br />is deceased at the time of the death of the said Mary A. Hargis, the heirs of deceased, if any, t <br />receive the share which the deceased would have taken. And if either of said three persons has <br />deceased prior to the death of the said Nary A. Hargis, without issue and leaving a husband sur- <br />viving her the husband to receive the share of both the real estate, money or moneys, or personal <br />properties herein described. If either of the girls or daughters hereinbefore described shall die <br />before the said Mary A. Hargis dies and the said husband of either one or more of them shall also <br />have died before the death of the said Mary A. Hargis and without issue then the share which <br />said girl or daughter or her husband should have received to be divided between the other two, <br />I share and share alike at the death of said Mary A. Hargis, or if only one remains then the said <br />one to take all of said estate. The use of said real and personal property and moneys by Nary <br />A. Hargis to be confined to her individual use. <br />And we do hereby and each of us ask and request of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the Judge thereof that he embody with and make a part of his decree in the matter of the Ad- <br />ministration of the estate of Fountain Hargis, deceased, this stipulation and agreement. <br />In Witness Whereof, we have hereunto set our hands this 9th day of September.
