I <br />1 <br />u <br />1 <br />R73, <br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of Henry.Schlieker, administrator, be <br />and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account and he is discharged <br />of his trust. <br />It is further considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or sett- <br />ing up any claims or demands against the estate of Marie Schlieker, -deceased, and that sal d es- <br />tate is fully settled and closed. <br />The court finds that the said Marie Schlieker departed this life on -the 20th day of October, <br />1918, being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she died in- <br />testate, leaving surviving her as her heirs at law and her only heirs at law the following named <br />peraons, her children: John F. Schlieker, Henry Schlieker, Lena Bentley, Theresa E. McCombs, <br />Minnie Hach and merman Schlieker. <br />The court finds that the said Marie Schlieker died seized of the following described real <br />estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />An undivided One -third interest in Lots Five and Six ( 5 & 6) in Block One (1) of Pleasant <br />Hill Addition to the City of Grand Island, and that under the law of descent of the State of <br />Nebraska, said real estate descended at her death to the above named heirs at law in equal shares <br />It is therefore considered by the court that all of the right title and interest of Marie <br />Schlieker in and to Lots 5 and 6 in Block 1 of Pleasant Hill Addition to the City of Grand Islan <br />Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of thesaid Marie Schlieker, intestate, in the manner <br />following: To John F. Schlieker, Henry Schlieker, Lena Bentley, Theresa E. McCombs, Minnie Bach <br />and Herman Schlieker, in equal shares, an undivided 1/6 part of the intestate's interest in said <br />real estate. <br />J. H.
