<br />HERMAN KUNSTYAN, ]MCFASED. ) Now on this 20th day of May, 1919, this cause came on for hearing
<br />upon the final report of Minnie Kunstman, Administratrix of the estate of Herman Kunstman, decease
<br />it satisfactorily appearing to the court, from the proof now on file, that notice has been given
<br />to all persons interested as required by law and the order of court.
<br />On consideration of said report and the evidence the court finds that the said administratrix
<br />has accounted for all of the estate of said deceased which came to her possession and that her repi
<br />is correct in all respects and ought to be allowed as and for her final account; that there remaij
<br />no money or, other property in her hands for distribution.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors of the said deceased as to the time allowed'
<br />and place appointed for filing claims against said estate; that the time so allowed has fully ex-
<br />Aired and that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid; that all
<br />claims outstanding against said Herman Kunstman or his estate not. so filed, if any such there be,
<br />are fakever barred.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all persons are forever barred from filing or sett
<br />ing up any claims or demands against the estate of said deceased and that said estate is fully
<br />settled and closed.
<br />It is further considered by the court that the report of said Administratrix be and the same
<br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for her final account and she is discharged of her trust
<br />and her bond released.
<br />The court finds that the said Herman Kunstman departed this life on tl* -17th day of November,

<br />1918 a, resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that he died intestate, leaving surviving him as
<br />his heirs at law, and his only heirs at law, the following named persons: Martha Moore, his dau-
<br />ghter; Rudolph Kunstman, his son; Minnie Kunstman, his daughter; Anna Knobel, his daughter; Eliz
<br />abeth Kunstman, his daughter, and Herman Kunstman, his son.

<br />The court finds that the said Herman Kunstman was at the time of his death seized in fee of t'e

<br />following described real estate: The Northeast Quarter of Section Twenty (20), in Township Nine O,
<br />in Range Seventeen (17), in Buffalo County, Nebraska, and hot Four (4) in Block Twenty -three (23)�(
<br />in Russell Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, in .Hall County, Nebraska, and that
<br />the law of descent of the State of Nebraska., all of the above mentioned and described real estate
<br />descended at his death to the above named heirs at law in equal shares and in absolute title.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that all of the right, title and interest of Herman
<br />Kunstman in the NE-4L of Section 20, Township 9, Range 17, in Buffalo County, Nebraska, and in Lot
<br />4 in Block 23 in Russell Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island, in Mall County, Nebraska, passed and
<br />descended at his death to Martha Moore, Rudolph Kunstman, Minnie Kunstman, Anna Knobel, Elizabeth
<br />Kunstman and Herman Kunstman, in equal shares, an undivided one sixth part thereof to each.
<br />The Court finds from the report that all of said real estate has been sold at Referee's sale.
