<br />Now on this 10th day of March,1919, this cause came on for heart

<br />ing upon the final report of W.B.Iiilbert, Executor of the LAST WILL and TESTAMENT of Minnie B.

<br />Downes, deceased, it satisfactorily appearing to the court, from the proof now on file, that
<br />notice of final settlement has been given to all persons interested, creditors and heirs, by pub
<br />lication as required by the order of court dated February 26, 1919, and there being no objectio
<br />or protest on file. -
<br />On consideration of the report and the evidence the court finds that the executor has account
<br />for all of the estate which came into his possession or under his control and that his report is
<br />correct in all respects and ought to be allowed; that said executor has received from all source
<br />the sum of $4019.84 and has paid out and expended. far funeral expenses, costs of administration
<br />expense of the last sickness and debts, the sum of $1075.53, leaving in his hands for distributi�
<br />the sum of $2944.31.
<br />It is therefore considered by the court that the report of W. B. Hilbert, Executor, be and th
<br />same hereby is approved and that upon his filing in this court the receipts of all parties en-
<br />titled to share in the distribution he be discharged of his trust.
<br />! The court finds that notice was given to all creditors of the said Minnie B. Downes, deceased
<br />of the time allowed and place appointed for filing claims against the estate of said deceased,
<br />and that the time so allowed has fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said
<br />estate have been paid and satisfied and that all claims ouststanding against said estate,
