<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERFn, ADJUDGED, AND DFCRFFD BY THE COURT that the five thousand dollar legacy
<br />bequeathed to Minnie Dahlke, Martha Herman, Helen Thomas, Theresa Stephenson, Laura Liedtke,
<br />Hannah Liedtke, Lucy Liedtke, Cora Liedtke,,Sadie Liedtke, and Ruth Liedtke,
<br />in the sixth paragraph of the last will and testament of said deceased, having been paid in full
<br />to said legatees. the real estate h reinbefore described. and devised to Emil Liedtke and Walter
<br />Liedtke, and all of the same, is hereby discharged from the charge of said legacy.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that all the rest, and residue of the personal
<br />property of said deceased, of every kind, save and except the household furniture and belongings,
<br />passed, by absolute title, to the said Emil Liedtke, and Waiter Liedtke, share and share alike.

<br />I, Minnie B. Downes, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and memory,
<br />and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do hereby make, ordain,publish
<br />and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAM"FNT in words and figures following:-
<br />1. I hereby order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts and
<br />the expenses of my last sickness death and burial as soon after my death as conveniently may be.
<br />2. I hereby direct that my executor erect a monument to mark my last resting place and that he
<br />expend fqr that purpose not to exceed $200.00.
<br />3. After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts and providing for the monument, I give,
<br />devise, and bequeath unto my children Guy W. Powell, Carrie E. Powell, Ervan. E. Powell, Myrtle
<br />E. Powell, and Ruth E. Powell, all of my property, both real and personal and mixed,,that I now
<br />have or may hereafter acquire, to have and to hold, to them and their heirs forever, share and
<br />share alike.
<br />4. I hereby make, constitute and appoint W. B. :filbert of Grand Island, Nebraska, executor of
<br />this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
