<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament
<br />of the said David Liedtke, deceased, the north 75 feet of Lot 25, of the County Subdivision of
<br />a part of the west half of the southwest quarter, of Section 10, in Township 11, North, Range 9,
<br />West, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. did pass and descend, by absolute title, to Minnie
<br />Dahlke, Martha Herman, Helen Thomas, Theresa Stephenson, Laura Liedtke, Hannah Liedtke, Lucy Lied
<br />tke, Cora Liedtke, Sadie Liedtke, and Ruth Liedtke, the ten daughters or saza aeceasea, snare a
<br />share alike, subject only to a life estate therein devised to Mary Liedtke, the surviving; widow
<br />of said deceased. j

<br />The Court further finds that the said David Liedtke left surviving him as his heirs at law,
<br />legatees, and devisees, and his only heirs at law, legatees, and devisees, the following named
<br />persons: bury Liedtke, surviving widow, Emil Liedtke, and Walter Liedtke, sons of said deceased,'

<br />and Minnie Dahlke, Martha Herman, Helen Thomas, Theresa Stepehenson, Laura Liedtke, Hannah Liedt�

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, A17D DFCRFRD BY THE COURT that the report of the said I. R.
<br />Alter, as Executor of the last will and testament of the said David Liedtke, deceased, be and tk
<br />same hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final report, said Executor is discharged,
<br />his bond released, and said estate closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDF +,D, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims against
<br />said estate, and not filed with the Court, within the time limited in the notice given creditors
<br />to file claims,. if any. such there be, are forever. barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claim or claims against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDFRFD, AJ.)7UDGFD, AYD DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions'
<br />of the last will and testament of the said David Liedtke, deceased, the west half of the north
<br />west quarter, the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, and the northwest quarter of.-the
<br />northeast quarter, of Section 17,,in Township 11, North of Range 10, West, in Hall County, Neb-
<br />raska, passed, by absolute title, to Emil Liedtke and Walter Liedtke, sons of said deceased,
<br />share and share alike, subject only to a life estate therein devised to Mary Liedtke, surviving
<br />widow of said deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED. APJUDGED, AND DFCRFRD BY THE COURT that the south half of the southwes,
<br />quarter, of Sec;$ion 1, in Township 11, North, Range 11, West, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed
<br />under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of the said David Liedtke, decease
<br />by absolute title, to Emil Liedtke and Walter Liedtke, sons of said deceased, subject only to

<br />the right of Mary Liedtke, the surviving widow of said deceased, to one -third of the income them

<br />from for the period of ten years from and after the death of the said David Liedtke, deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED. ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the south half of Section 32,
<br />in Township 13, North, Range 10, West, in Howard County, Nebraska, under the terms and provision
<br />of the last will and testament of the said David- Liedtke, deceased, passed, by absolute title,
<br />to Emil Liedtke and Walter Liedtke, share and share alike, charged, however, with the payment
<br />to Mary Liedtke, for the period of ten years from and after the death of the said David Liedtke,
<br />deceased, of the sum of One Hundred Dollars per annum.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that under the terms and provisions
<br />of the last will and testament of the said David Liedtke, deceased, the north 75 feet of Lot 25,
