<br />there be, are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against
<br />said,--estate.
<br />The Court further finds that the said David Liedtke departed this life in Hall County, We
<br />testate, on the 10th day of April, 1914, and that at the time of his death he was a resident and
<br />inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that on the 18th day of May, 1914, the last will and testa-
<br />ment of the said David Liedtke, deceased, was duly proven, allowed, and admitted to probate in
<br />this Court, and the said I. R. Alter duly qualified as Executor thereunder; that said Executor
<br />has paid all the debts against said estate, the funeral expenses of said deceased, and the costs
<br />of administration, and has paid to Minnie Dahlke, Martha Herman, Helen Thomas, Theresa Stephen-
<br />son, Laura Liedtke, Hannah Liedtke, Lucy Liedtke, Cora Liedtke, Sadie Liedtke, and Ruth Liedtke,
<br />the ten daughters of said deceased, the sum of five hundred dollars each, as provided in the
<br />last will and testament of the said David Liedtke, deceased, the vouchers therefor being on
<br />file herein, and has paid and turned over to Emil Liedtke and Walter Liedtke, all the rest and
<br />residue of the personal estate of said deceased, save and except the household furniture and
<br />belongings, as provided in the seventh paragraph of the last will and testament of said deceased,
<br />and that there remains nothing .further of said estate to be administered, that said estate ought
<br />to be settled and closed.
<br />The Court further finds that the said David Liedtke died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate, situated in the county of Hall in the state of Nebraska,
<br />to -wit: The West Half, and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest ā€˛Quarter, and the Northwest
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, of Section Seventeen (17), in Township Eleven (11), North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West; the South Half of the Southwest Quarter, of Section One (1), in Township
<br />Eleven (11), North, Range Eleven (11) West of the Sixth P. M., and the north seventy -five feet
<br />of Lot Twenty -five (25), of the County Subdivision of a part of the West Half of the Southwest
<br />Quarter, of Section Ten (10), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West, in Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, also the following described real estate situate in the county qf Howard, in
<br />the state of Nebraska, to -wit: The South Half of Section Thirty -two (32), in Township Thirteen
<br />(13), North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth P. M.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and provisions of the last will and testament of
<br />the said 'David Liedtke, deceased, the West Half of the Northwest Quarter, the Northeast Quarter of
<br />the; Northwest Quarter, and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, of Section 17, in
<br />Township 11, North of Range 10 West, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed, by absolute title, to
<br />Ifini1 Liedtke and la.lter Liedtke, sons of said deceased, share and share alike, subject only
<br />to a life estate therein devised to Mary Liedtke, surviving widow of said David Liedtke, deceased
<br />The Court further finds that the South Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 1, in Township
<br />1 , North, Range 11 West, in Hall County, Nebraska, passed, under the terms and conditions of
<br />the last will and testament of the saidDavid Liedtke, deceased, by absolute title, to said
<br />Emil Liedtke and said Walter. Liedtke, share and share alike, subject only to the right of Mary
<br />Liedtke, widow of-said deceased, to-receive one -third of the income therefrom for a period of
<br />ten years from the date of the death ofr-the said David Liedtke, deceased, which income is devises,
<br />to the said Mary Liedtke under the third paragraph of the last will and testament of said de-
<br />ceased.
<br />The Court further finds that under the terms and conditions of the last will and testament
<br />of -the said David Liedtke, deceased, the South Half of Section 32, in Township 13, North, of
<br />Range 10 Pest in Howard,County, Nebraska, did pass and descend, by absolute title, to the said
<br />Emil Liedtke and said Walter Liedtke, share and share alike, charged, however, with the payment
<br />to Mary Liedtke, the surviving widow of said deceased, of the sum of One Hundred Dollars,per year
<br />for the period of ten years from the date of the death of the said David Liedtke, deceased,
