<br />FINAL DECREE.
<br />Now, on this 25th day of April, 1919, this cause came on for
<br />hearing upon the final report and the supplement thereto, of I. R. Alter, Executor of the last
<br />will and testament of David Liedtke, deceased, and of the petition of said Executor for the
<br />settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein, and the Court, having examined the records
<br />and files and being fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been giver
<br />to all persons interested in said estate, of the time and place fixed for the hearing upon said
<br />final report, as heretofore ordered by the Court.
<br />And the Court having examined said report and the supplement thereto, together with the
<br />vouchers on file, finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and that the same
<br />ought to be allowed and approved as and for the final report of said Executor.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the Court for the filing of claims against said estate, and that the time so
<br />fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such
