<br />OF DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION
<br />MARTHA E. a'ILLIARD, DECEASED.) OF ANCILLARY ESTATE.-
<br />Now on this 3rd day of May, 1919, this matter came on for hearing upon the petition of James
<br />E. Dodge and the evidence and was submitted to the court, upon consideration whereof, the court
<br />finds that all the debts, claims and demands against said estate have been fully paid and satis-
<br />fied and there remains a residue in the hands of the Administrator of the sum of Four Hundred
<br />Fifes nine_,& 68 100 Dollars; that said Martha E. Willard was, during her life time, a resident
<br />of the State of Illinois, and that Earl S. Willard of the city of Wyoming. County of Stark, in
<br />said State, is the Administrator of said estate in said State of Illinois, and that the said
<br />Earl S. Willard is a son and the sole and only heir at law of the said Martha E. Willard, decea4 d.
<br />It is therefore ordered that said residue of Four Hundred Fifk__Nine_ 68 A Dollars,.after
<br />ing the costs of these proceedings, be paid to the said Earl S. Willard as such Administrator of
<br />the estate of Martha E. Willard, deceased, in the State of Illinois, and that on filing his receibt
<br />therefor, the said James E. Dodge be discharged.
<br />It further appearing that said Martha E. Willard died seized of the following described real
<br />estate: The North one -half (N -D of the Northeast one- fourth (NEB), and the Northeast one - fourth
<br />(NE-41) of Northwest one- fourth (NW -J) of Section thirty-six (36), Township nine (9), north of,-Ran,
<br />eleven (11) west of the 6th P. M., Hall County, Nebraska, and that said Earl S. Willard is the
<br />sole and only heir at law of said Martha E. Willard.,It is therefore ordered that said land be
<br />assigned to.him.
<br />The court finds that notice was given to creditors as to the time allowed and place appointed
<br />for filing claims against the estate of said deceased and that the time so allowed has fully
<br />expired and that no claims of any nature were filed or allowed against said estate; that all clai
<br />and demands outstanding against said deceased and not so filed, if any such there be, are therefe
<br />forever barred and excluded.
<br />It is therefor considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred and
<br />precluded from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of Martha E. Willard, deceased,!
<br />and that said estate is fully settled and closed.

<br />May 16, 1919. The court finds that James E. Dodge, the administrator, has this doy paid to the
<br />County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska the Inheritance Tax assessed against the estate of
<br />Martha E. Willard, deceased, and that he has paid to Earl S. Willard, Administrator and sole hei
<br />at law, the balance in his hands as shown by his report and is therefore discharged of his trust
<br />and his bond released.
