1 GLUZ <br />L <br />1 <br />u <br />1 <br />ii !!! iiigll !�i 11 Ms2 <br />nothing in his possession belonging to said estate. <br />3Fi1, <br />The Court further finds that all claims outstanding against said estate, if any such there be, <br />and not filed with the Court, are barred and excluded and that due and legal notice was given to <br />all creditors in the manner provided by law of the time and place for presenting claims against <br />the estate of said deceased and that the time allowed for filing such claims has fully expired. <br />It is, therefore, ordered, adjudged and decreed by the Court that the report of the said E. F. <br />Paulk, as such administrator of the estate of Perry J. Paulk, deceased, be and the same hereby <br />is, in all things, approved as and for his final report; that the said E. F. Paulk is hereby dis- <br />charged as such administrator and that all persons are forever barred from filing or setting up <br />any claim or demand against the estate of the said Perry J. Paulk, deceased, and that said es- <br />tate is fully settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that the said Perry J. Paulk, deceased, left surviving him, neither <br />widownor issue, nor father or mother, and that he left surviving him, as his heirs at law and <br />sole and only heirs at law, his brother, E. F. Paulk and his two sisters, Zelda Fraser and Etta <br />Dun ,f ee. <br />The Court further finds that the said Perry J. Paulk, deceased, died possessed as the owner <br />in fee simple, of the following described real estate situated in the County of hall and State <br />of Nebraska, towit: Lots 13 and 14,in Block 6, in Brett & Johnson's Addition to the Village of <br />Wood River, and that, upon the death of the said Perry J. Paulk, the above described premises <br />did pass and descend, by absolute title, under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Neb- <br />raska, to the said E. F.
