<br />I! cattle from Omaha, Nebr. , to Ansley, on September 21st, 1918; and an undivided one -half interest

<br />in claim for $100.00 for loss on steer, caused by the negligence of the railroad company at
<br />;Broken Bow, Nebr.. on or about the 12th day of October, 1918, of said personal estate to be dis-

<br />Fifth. That a period of three months has been allowed by an order of this court for the cred-
<br />itors of said estate to file herein their claims against the same for adjustment; that due and
<br />lawful notice of said period and of the time and place for hearing said claims has been given

<br />if as required by said order, which period has elapsed; and that all claims allowed, all orders
<br />i
<br />made for the payment of moneys, all the expenses for the funeral, burial and memorial for said
<br />I� deceased, and all the costs of the administration and the court costs herein incurred have been

<br />fully paid and satisfied, except the claim of U. S. G. Smith in the sum of $7.40.
<br />Sixth. That the said Anthony J. O'Connor left him surviving at his death, the following

<br />I named persons as his sole heirs at law and next of kin, to -wit: Mary O'Connor, his widow and

<br />ii the mother of all the children; Kenneth O'Connor, aged Six years, his son; and Nola Bell

<br />O'Connor, aged Five years, his daughter; all of whom are now residing in Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Seventh. That the said Mary O'Connor has been duly appointed and qualified as Guardian of
<br />ii said minor children, Kenneth O'Connor and Nola Bell O'Connor, as shown by the certified copy of

<br />the Letters of Guardianship issued by the County= ,Tudge of Hall County, Nebraska, and filed he.rei
<br />Eighth. That no part of said above described real estate was the homestead of said deceased;

<br />that by virtue of the death of said decedent and the laws of the State of Nebraska, then in fort
<br />and effect.said real property then and there and thereby descended to and vested in, and now is
<br />the sole property and estate, in fee title, of the said heirs in the following shares and pro-
<br />11 portions, to -wit: to the said Mary O'Connor, Kenneth O'Connor and Nola Bell O'Connor, each an

<br />individed one -third (1/3) interest therein;and the said heirs, Mary O'Connor, Kenneth O'Connor
<br />and Nola Bell O'Connor, are each entitled to one -third (1/3) of said above personal property.
<br />INinth. That neither said estate nor any of the said heirs are liable for the payment of an
<br />inheritance tax in this matter, and 11. M. Sinclair, County Attorney of Buffalo County, Nebraska,

<br />being present in open court declines to object to this finding.
<br />Wi RrFORF?, it is by the Court ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said above final accoun
<br />of Mary O'Connor,&dministratrix of the estate of Anthony J. O'Connor, deceased, be, and hereby
<br />is, allowed as filed; that the said claim of U. S. G. Smith be and hereby is allowed at $7.40;
<br />that all claims of creditors, if any such there now be, are now forever barred from being filed
<br />heard, allowed or set off in any ;proceeding whatever; that the said Vary O'Connor, Kenneth
<br />O'Connor, and Nola Bell O'Connor are the sole heirs at law and next of kin of said Anthony 7.
