O'Connor, deceased.) <br />Be it remembered that on the 20th day of Larch, 1919, Nary O'Co�lnor, <br />Administratrix of the estate of Anthony J. O'Connor, deceased, filed her final report and accounj of <br />her administration of said estate, together with her duly verified petition praying for a final <br />settlement and allowance of the account of said administratrix as filed, for a final decree thero- <br />on and her exoneration and discharge from the duties and liabilities of her said trust, and.for all <br />determination of the liability of said estate for inheritance tax. And on the same day an order <br />of this court was made and entered herein assigning the 28th day of April, 1919, at 9 o'clock A.!M. <br />I� <br />at the County Court room in said county as the time and place for hearing the same. and ordering <br />that notice of said hearing and of the _pendency ofsaid petition be given to all persons interested <br />V <br />in said matter by publication in The Ravenna News, a legal newspaper published in said county an� <br />of general circulation therein. <br />And now at this time and yolace so fixed for said hearing, came the petitioner, personally and <br />by her attorney, Albert B. Tollefsen, and no one appearing to object to or to contest the prayed <br />of said petition, said matter w4s submitted to the court upon the pleadings and the evidence: <br />upon due consideratiori' whereof, the court having been fully advised in the matter, finds: <br />First. That due and lawful notice of this hearing and of the pendency of said petition has <br />been given to all persons interested in said matter as required by said order. <br />Second. That said Anthony J. O'Connor had his last place of residence in the County of Buffalj <br />and State of Nebraska, and died intestate in said county, on the 28th day of October, 1918, and <br />that the said Mary O'Connor is now duly qualified and acting sole administratrix of said estate. <br />Third..That said deceased died seized and possessed of the following real estate, to -wit: <br />the East Half of the Southeast quarter and the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Se #ion <br />Twenty -two (22), Township Twelve (12), North of Range Thirteen (13), West of the 6th P. M. in <br />Buffalo County, Nebraska; the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty-two <br />(22), Township Twelve (12), North of Range Thirteen (13), Vest of the 6th P. M. in Buffalo Count}, <br />Nebraska; and all of Section Eighteen (18) , Township Twelve (12). North of Range Twelve; (12). Weil %t <br />of the 6th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Fourth.
