HONNOLD, TTCFASED.}
Now on this 16th day of August, 1913, it appearing to the satisfaction of the court,
from the proof on file, that all persons interested have been notified and have entered their
voluntary appearance, waiving time and further notice, this cause came on for hearing upon the
final report of the Executors of the Last Will and Testament of George P. Honnold, deceased.
On examination of said report the court findsthat the same is correct in all respects; i
that the executors have received from all sources the sum of $1179.64; that they have paid out
for funeral, expense of last sickness, repairs, taxes, monument and expense of administration,
the sum of $981.02 and have distributed among the legatees under the will the sum of $198.62• aid
that there remains no money or other property in their possession for distribution. The report
should therefore be approved and allowed. i
I
The court finds that creditors of the said George P. Honnold were by the former order
I
allowed six months from the 16th day of August, 1915, in which to file their claims in the office
j,
of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, for allowance; that notice was published in the if
manner required by law and by the order of court, as to the time allowed and place appointed form
i
filing claims; that the time allowed for filing claims has long since expired; that all claims
filed and allowed against said estate have been paid and that all claims outstanding against
i
said deceased and not so filed, if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that the report of the executors b
and the same hereby is approved and allowed as and for their final account.
It is further ordered that all persons are forever barred and precluded from filing
or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of George P. Honnold, deceased, and that
said estate is fully settled and closed.
The court finds that the said George P. Honnold died on the 1st day of March, 1915, tha
he was at the time..cf. his death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska., and that he left a last
will and testament which instrument was duly proved, allowed and admitted to probate on the 15t
dgy of July, 1915.
i
i
ii
1
1
D
