<br />Lucinda Honnold, deceased, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said
<br />Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has
<br />no' Clerk authorized to sign certificates.Anhis own name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form

<br />ESTATE OF GEORGE P. HONNOLD.
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />WILL OF GFORGF P. HONNOLD,
<br />IN THE NAME OF GOD, nmr.
<br />I. George P. Honnold, of Wood River, in the County of Hall. State of Nebraska, being of sound
<br />mind and memory, and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore
<br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
<br />First, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my ,lust debts and
<br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
<br />Second. After the payment of such funeral expenses and debts. I give, devise and bequeath to
<br />my wife, Lucinda Honnold, all the remainder of my estate, .real, personal and mixed, to be held
<br />by her and used for her support during her life, and at her death the remainder shall be divided
<br />equally among; our children now living and named as follows: Mary Enora Stout; Sarah Louvina
<br />Anna Kipp; Ida Viola Bell Wickersham; George Timothy Honnold; Daniel Quinn Honnold; Hiram Perley
<br />Honnold; Fedora Mae Dorgan. And in the event of the death of any one of the above named children
<br />prior to the division of the property as above stated, the share of such deceased child shall
<br />revert to and be divided equally among the surviving children, above named.
<br />Lastly, I make, constitute and apY)oint Hiram Perley Honnold to be Executor of this my last
<br />Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former 'mills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESP THEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 18th day of
<br />October, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred thirteen.

<br />This Instrument was on the day of the date thereof, signed, published and declared by the
<br />said testator George P. Honnold, to be his last Will and Testament, in the presence of us who
<br />at his request have subscribed our names thereto as witnesses in his presence and in the pre-
<br />sence of each other.
