�] GLBZ <br />i <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />i <br />WILL AND DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />�4A, <br />In the Matter of the estate) <br />of ) FINAL DFCRFr.: <br />LUCINDA HONNOLD, DECEASED. <br />Now on this 15th day of August, 1918, this cause came on for hearing upon the final repo: <br />of Hiram P. Honnold, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Lucinda Honnold, deceased, it <br />appearing to the satisfaction of the court that all persons interested have been notified and <br />have entered their voluntary appearance, waiving time and further notice. <br />After a full examination of said report the court finds that the same is correct in all <br />respects and ought to be allowed; that the executor has accounted for all of the estate which <br />came into his hands and that there remains no property in his possession for distribution. <br />It is therefore CO?1SIDFRFD by the court that the report of said executor be and the same <br />hereby is approved and allowed as and for his final account. <br />The court finds that the time heretofore allowed for filing claims against the estate of <br />Lucinda Honnold, deceased, has 'fully expired; that notice of the time allowed and place arpointes <br />for filing claims against said estate was published in the manner provided by law and by the order <br />of court dated November 6, 1914; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been <br />paid and satisfied, and that all claims outstanding against said estate not so filed, if any such <br />there be, are, therefore, forever barred and excluded. <br />It is therefore considered and adjudged by the court that all persons are forever barred <br />and precluded from filing or setting up any claims against the estate of Lucinda Honnold, de- <br />ceased, and that said estate is fully settled and closed+ <br />The court finds that the said Lucinda Honnold departed this life on the 6th day of march, <br />1914, being at the time of her death a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and that she left a <br />last will and testament which instrument was duly approved, allowed and admitted to probate in <br />this court on the 6th day of November, 1914. <br />The court finds that the said Lucinda Honnold died seized in fee of the following describ. <br />ed real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />All of Lots Numbered Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11), in Block Fighteen (18), in the <br />Original Town of Wood River, and that under the provisions of said last will and testament all of <br />the above mentioned and described reel estate passed and descended at the death of the testatrix <br />to George P. Honnold, her husband, for the term of his natural life, and that at his death all of <br />the right, title and interest of the testatrix in and to said real estate did pass and descend to <br />the children of said Lucinda Honnold, namely: <br />MARY FNORA STOUT, SARAH LO11VIUA AVEA KIPP, IDA VIOLA BELL WICKERSHAM. GEORGE TIMOTHY <br />HONNOLD, HIRAM PERLEY HONNOLD, FEDORA MAE 1 ORGAN AND DANIEL QUINN' HONNOLD. <br />The court finds that through an error of the scrivener the name of Daniel Quinn Honnold <br />omitted when naming the children of the testatrix in her last will and testament. <br />It is therefore Considered, Adjudged and Decreed by the court that all of the right, titl� <br />and interest of Lucinda Honnold, deceased, in and to the following described real estate, to- <br />wit: Lots Nine (9), Ten (10) and Eleven (11), in Block Eighteen in the Original Town of Wood <br />River, in Hall County, Nebraska, did pass and descend at the death of Lucinda Honnold, by virtue <br />of the terms and provisions of her last will and testament to George P. Honnold, her husband, for <br />his use and benefit during his natural life, and that it the death of the said George P. Honnold <br />all of the above mentioned and described real estate passed and descended, under the provisions <br />of said last will and testament, to Mary Enora Stout, Sarah Louvina Anna Kipp, Ida Viola Bell <br />Wickersham, George Timothy Honnold, Hiram Perley Honnold, Fedora Mae Morgan and Daniel Quinn '. <br />
