3aH <br />The Court further finds that all debts against said estate have been fully paid, as well as <br />the funeral expenses of said deceased, and the costs of administration, and that said Administ <br />has accounted for all money and property belonging to said estate, which has come into his poss <br />ession or under his control, and that said Administrator ought to be discharged and said estat <br />settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that the said Annie R. Alter departed this life at her home in Grand! <br />i <br />Island, , Nebraska, on the 22nd day of August, 1918, and that at the time of her death she was a i <br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. and that she died intestate, leaving survivin <br />her as her, heir at law, and her sole and only heir at law, I. R. Alter, the husband of the sai <br />Annie R. Alter having preceded her in death, and thgt at the time of her death the said Annie I <br />R. Alter was the owner in fee, of the following described real estate situated in the county <br />of Hall and state of Nebraska, to -wit: Lot Three (3), in Block Eighty-three (83), of the Origin) <br />Town, now City, of Grand Island; Lot Four (4), in Block One Hundred and Twenty-two (122), in <br />Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the Ci.ty of Grand Island, together with its complement. known as <br />ALL of Fractional Block Six (6), in Arnold Place, in the City of Grand Island; an undivided on <br />half of the north half of the northeast quarter, the southwest quarter of the northeast quartet <br />the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter, of Section Twenty -five (26), in Township Eleve <br />(11), North, Range Ten (10), West, of the Sixth P.M., also the following described real estat <br />situated in the county of Davis and state of Utah,. to --wit: Lot Twelve (12), in Block Four (4), <br />and Lot Six (6), in Block Eight (8), all in Plat B, of Sulphur Springs Addition to Farmington <br />City, and that upon the death of the said Annie R. Alter, all of said real estate passed, by <br />I <br />absolute title, to the said 1. R. Alter, son and heir at law, and only heir at law, of the said <br />Annie R. Alter, deceased. <br />tor' <br />IT IS THEnEFORE ORDERED . , ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THR COURT that the final report of the said <br />I. R. Alter, as Administrator of the estate of the said Annie R. Alter, deceased, be and the <br />F <br />same hereby is allowed and approved as and for his final report, said estate is settled, and <br />Administrator is discharged. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDFRFD, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having calaims <br />against said estate, and not filed within the time limited as fixed by the Court, are forever <br />barred, enjoined, and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claim or claims against <br />said estate. <br />IT IS FURTF tR ORDERED, AP rUDGFD, AIRP 'IDECRI'ED BY THE COURT that upon the death of the said <br />Annie R. Alter, the title to all of the real estate hereinbefore described, did pass and desce� <br />by operation of law and by absolute title, to the said I. R.
