Mullin, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify that I have <br />compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree in the matter of the Estate of Cyrus Miner and <br />Sarah S. H..Mullin, County Judge in and for Hall County, State'of Reb- <br />raska, and exofficio Clerk of the County Court of said County, do hereby certify that I have <br />by law the possession of the Probate Records of said County and that said court has exclusive <br />original .jurisdiction in the settlement of estates of deceased persons; that on examination of <br />the files and records I find that Cyrus Miner departed this life on the 30th day of July, 1888, <br />leaving a last will and testament which instrument was allowed and admitted to probate in this <br />court on the first day of October, 1888; that under the provisions of said last will and testa- <br />ment all of the property of the testator, real and personal, passed to his ..widow, Sarah S. <br />Miner, for the term of her natural life and at her death to the children of said Cyrus Diner. <br />I further certify that the files and records show that the said Sarah S. Miner departed <br />this life on the 8th day of January, 1889, and that she died intestate. <br />I further certify that the files and records of this office show that the said Cyrus <br />Miner died seized in fee of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall <br />and State of Nebraska, to wit: <br />The North -east Quarter of the South -east Quarter (NEJ of SE J) of Section Fourteen (14), <br />in Township Eleven (11), in Range Twelve (12) <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, <br />at Grand Island, this 18th day of April, 1919. <br />(SEAL) J.
