<br />The Court further finds that said deceased died seized in fee simple of Lot Number Four
<br />(4) in Block Number.Twenty -seven (27) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and that upon his death, the said real estate passed and descended, by operation of
<br />law, to his said above -named father and mother, in equal shares,. as tenants in common.
<br />The Court further finds that after the payment of all debts and claims filed and allowed
<br />against said estate, together with the costs of Administration, there remains in the hands of
<br />said Administratrix for distribution, the sum of $1498.78, and that on March 248 1917s the said
<br />Winfield S. Hayman. father of said deceased, duly Assigned,_ transferred and set over to said
<br />Jennie H. Hayman, mother of said decease¢, all and singular of his interest in and to said per-
<br />sonal property and estate, which assignment was in writing and filed in this Court and case, and
<br />that said Jennie H. Hayman is entitled to receive and receipt for all of said balances remaining
<br />in her hands for distribution, as the heir at law, and assignee of the other heir at law of said
<br />deceased, and she is hereby directed to make distribution of all of said remainder of said per-
<br />sonal property to herself; t#at there remains in the hands of said Administratrix, certain small
<br />accounts which are uncollected, belonging to said estate,_and,she is hereby authorized to assign
<br />and transfer

<br />of same to herself as
<br />such heir at
<br />law and assignee.

<br />THEREFORE BY THE COURT
<br />ADJUDGED,
<br />DECREED AND CONSIDERED that said final report
<br />of said Administratrix be, and the same is hereby in all things approved, affirmed and confirmed
<br />that all debts and claims not filed against said estate, if any exist, are forever barred and pro
<br />eluded; that said above described real estate, upon the death of said deceased, passed and des-
<br />cended in gqual shares to said above -named heirs at law of said deceased, and same is hereby so
<br />awarded to them, as of the date of the death of said Paul H. Hayman, deceased. That the remaindo
<br />of said personal property, amounting to the sum of $1498.76, together with all unpaid accounts
<br />belonging to said estate, is hereby directed to be distributed and paid to said Jennie H.
<br />mother of said deceased, as one of his heirs at law, and as assignee of Winfield S. Hayman, the
<br />other heir at law; that upon the filing of her receipt therefor, said estate will be closed, she
<br />will be discharged from her said trust, and her bondj.'released.

<br />compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree,in the matter of the eatatb of Paul H. Hayman,
<br />Deceased$ with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a
<br />correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a
<br />Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said
<br />Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
