Hayman, Deceased.) <br />Now on this 30th day of October, 1917, this cause came on for hearing, upon <br />the final report of Tennie H. Hayman, Administratrix of said estate, and her petition for a <br />settlement thereof, and it appearing,.from the proof on file herein that all persons inter- <br />ested in said estate has accepted notice in writing of the filing of said repopt,,waived <br />publication, further time thereon, asked that said report be approved, and there being no <br />objection thereto, t#,e Court, on examination thereof, finds that said report is in all re- <br />spects correct, and should be, and hereby is allowed and approved. <br />The Court further finds from said proof on file herein that due and legal notice, sM <br />by law and the orders of this Court required, has been given to all creditors of said estate, <br />of the time and place for filing their claims; that said time has expired; that all claims <br />filed against said estate, including the costs of administration, have been fully paia.by <br />said Administratrix, and that all other debts and claims of said estate, if any exist, <br />are forever barred and precluded. <br />The Court further finds that said Paul H. Hayman died intestate at his home in Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on March 18, 1917, and that at the time dt his death he was a resident and <br />inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that he was never married, left no widow, issue, or <br />descendants surviving him, but did leave surviving him, af-W, his sole heirs at law, Winfield <br />B.Hayman, his father, and Jennie H. Hayman, his mother. <br />
