<br />do hereby certify that on the 15th day of April,- 1918, the instrument purporting to be the last
<br />will and testament of Thomas A.Evans, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the
<br />11th day of May, 1918, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, pro-
<br />bated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real personal estate of said Thomas A.
<br />Evans, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />DECREE ALLOWING FOREIGN WILL

<br />Amos A. Hulett, Deceased )
<br />AND DISPENSING WITH
<br />REGULAR ADMINISTRATION.
<br />Now on this IOth day of February. I9I9, this cause came on for hearing upon
<br />the petition heretofore filed for the admission to probate of an instrument purporti ng to
<br />be the Forgein Will of Amos A. Hulett, deceased, late of the County of Whitesidej State of
<br />Illinois, it satisfactorily appearing to the court, from the proof on file, that notice has
<br />been given to all persons interested as required by the order of court dated January I5, I9I9,
<br />and there being no ob,iection or protest on file.
<br />Whereupon a copy of said Will, duly authenticated, with the probate thereof,
<br />produced in evidence.
<br />On cohsideration of the petition, the files and the evidence the court finds
<br />that said Amos A. Hulett departed this life on the I4th day of February, 1896, being at the
<br />time of his death a resident of Whiteside County, Illinois, and that he left a last will and
<br />estartent which instrument was duly allowed and admitted to probate in the County Court of White-
<br />side County, Illinois, on the 28th da3r of February. I896; that the said AZO --A. Hulett was at
<br />the time of his death the owner of real estate in Hall County, Bebraska, upon which said will
<br />loperates and that said last will and testament should be admitted to probate in this court.
