<br />of John F.McAllister. deceased, )
<br />Now on this 20th day of February, 1919, this cause came on
<br />for hearing upon the final report of Mildred McAllister, Administratrix of the estate of John F.
<br />McAllister, deceased, and the Court having examined the records and files, and being fully advis-
<br />ed in the premises, finds that Blanche McAllister Payne, and Dorothy McAllister, both of lawful
<br />age, heirs at law of the said John F.McAllister, deceased, have duly entered their voluntary
<br />appearance herein, in writing, have approved the report of said Administratrix, and requested that
<br />said report be approved, said Administratrix discharged, and said estate closed, and the Court.
<br />therefore finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interested in said estate
<br />Hof the filing of said report; that said report is correct in all things, and that the same ought
<br />to be allowed as and for the final report of said Administratrix.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed for filing claims against said estate, and that the time so fixed has long since
<br />expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate, if any such there be, are forever
<br />barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said John F.McAllister departed this life intestate on the 19th day
<br />of October, 1906, and at the time of his death, he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, II
<br />Nebraska; that the said John F.McAllister left surviving him, his widow, Mildred McAllister, and
<br />Blanche McAllister (now Blanche McAllister Payne), and Dorothy McAllister, his daughters. j
<br />The Court further finds that the said John F.McAllister died seized as the owner in fee simple
<br />of the following described real estate situated in the county of Hall and State of Nebraska. to-
<br />wit: Lot Six (6) in Block Seventy-six (76) of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, and
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block Seven (7). in Packer & Barr's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebrask
<br />that said Lot 6 in Block 76 of the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, was the home and

<br />homestead of the said John F.McAllister, deceased, and his family at the time of his death, and tl t
<br />upon the death of said John F.MeAllister, the title to the real estate hereinbefore described did !!!il

<br />pass and descend, by operation of law, to the said Blanche McAllister Payne, and Dorothy McAllist r,
<br />subject however, to the dower estate of the said Mildred McAllister in all of the same, and sub -`
<br />! ject to the homestead estate of the said Mildred McAllister in and to said Lot 6,in Block 76 of
<br />the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island.
<br />The Court further finds that said Administratrix has fully accounted for all the property, belong !
<br />ing to said estate which came into her possession or under her control; that the funeral expenses
<br />of said deceased, and the cost of administration, have been fully paid, and there remains nothing
<br />further to be administered.
