<br />three hundred dollars (300.00) to Louise Irvin; the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00'to Edith
<br />Irvin; and the sum of two hundred dollars 0200.00) to Elizabeth Irvin all of them being the chil
<br />dren of my daughter Mary Irvin. (now deceased) formerly wife of James Irvin of Abbott, Nebraska.
<br />The other children of myPdeceased daughter, being of sufficient ability to care for themselves a
<br />knot included, for that reason, herein.
<br />I also give and bequeath to my step -son, Charles Kemptar, of Cairo. Nebraska, the sum of One hund-
<br />red dollars, ($100.00) to be paid out of the said sum of two thousand dollars after the death of
<br />my said wife.
<br />After the death of my said wife, my said homestead and property in the village of
<br />Cairo, Nebraska, given to my said wife in clause two of this will for her lifetime, I hereby give,
<br />devise and bequeath (subject to said life estate) to my son Phillip Stoeger, provided, however,
<br />that he pay to my said step -son. Charles Kemptar, the sum of three hundred dollars, ($300.00)
<br />which amount is made a charge and lien upon said property in favor of said Charles Kemptar, from
<br />and 8f ter the death of my said wife.
<br />Fourth.
<br />Having advanced to my said sons Adam Stoeger, Henry Stoeger,

<br />John Stoeger and William Stoeger what I conside3
<br />a fair provision for each of them and taken from them a settlement agreement under date of April
<br />14 "1892, I do not hereby give to them any amounts or name them as legatees herein.

<br />All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wherever sit-
<br />uated I give, devise and bequeath to my said son Phillip Stoeger.
<br />Sixth.
<br />I hereby name, nominate and appoint Charles G.Ryan of Grand Island, Nebraska executor of this my
<br />Mast will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
<br />In testimony whereof I have hereunto signed my name to this will consisting of Four typewritten
<br />(pages this 30" day of November,1903.

<br />We, the undersigned whose names are hereto subscribed as 'witnesses hereby certify that the said
<br />John Stoeger. Sr. signed the foregoing instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of
<br />us, and in our presence and hearing declared the same to be his last will and testament, and we
<br />at his request and in his presence and in the presence of each other sign the same as witnesses
<br />thereto on the date last above written.

<br />to law, as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said deceased, and the
<br />same was admitted to probate and duly recorded in this office.
