-26 <br />VML AND DEGREE REGORD No. <br />entitled thereto, all the legacies according to the provisions of said Will. <br />The court further finds that the said Catherine Hostetter departed this life on the 13th day <br />of May, 1918, leaving a last Will and Testament which was duly admitted to probate herein on the <br />29th day of June, 1918. <br />The court further finds that the said Catherine Hostetter was at the time of her death, the <br />owner of the following described real estate situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, <br />to -wit: <br />The East two - thirds (E.2/3) of Lot Six (6) in Block Four (4) in Arnold Place in the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska; and that under the provisions of her said last Will and Testament, all <br />of said real estate did pass and descend at her death to the said Charles W. Brininger, to have <br />and to hold to him and his heirs and assigns forever; the court further finds upon good and suffi- <br />dent evidence produced, that said Catherine Hostetter acquired said real estate and held the <br />same at the time of her death in and by the name of Katie Hostetter, and that said Catherine Hos- <br />tetter, deceased, and said Katie Hostetter was one and the same person. <br />It is therefore, considered, adjudged and decreed that the said East two- thirds (E.2/3) of <br />,Lot Six (6) in Block Four (4) in Arnold Place in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />dial pass and descend at the death of said Catherine Hostetter, deceased, otherwise known as Katie <br />Hostetter, under the proviisions of her said last Will and Testament to Charles W.
