Brininger, who has signed the same as C. i7. Brininger, executor of the last Will and <br />Testament of said Catherine Hostetter, deceased; and it appealing to the satisfaction of the court <br />from the proof now on file, that all persons interested in the estate of said deceased. have been 'I <br />notified by publication as required by law, and by the orders of this court, of the filing of said <br />report, and of the time and place fixed for the hearing thereon, and for final settlement of said <br />estate; and no one appearing to object thereto:, or to protest against the allowance of said report <br />it further appearing to the court after a full examination of said report, that the same is corgi <br />ect in all respects and should be approved and allowed, as the final account of said executor; it <br />s therefore, Ordered. Adjudged and Decreed that the report of said Charles W. Brininger, executor{ <br />be and the same is, hereby approved and allowed as, and for his final report and account. <br />The court finds that creditors of the said Catherine Hostetter, deceased, were fully notified, <br />y publication and by posting, as required by the order of the court, of the time allowed and plac� <br />I <br />ppointed for filing claims against her estate; that the time allowed for filing claims has fully <br />xpired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate have been fully paid and satisfied;_, <br />hat all claims outstanding against said estate. if any, and not presented, are therefore, foreve <br />rre d and excluded. <br />It is therefore ordered and decreed that all persons are forever barred from filing or settinj <br />any claims or demands against the estate of said Catherine Hostetter, deceased, and said estate <br />s fully settled and closed. <br />The Court further finds that the said executor has paid the costs of administration, the fun- <br />ral expenses and the expense of the last sickness of said deceased, and has paid to the persons <br />
