<br />Now on this 25th day of ranuary, 1919, this cause came on for hearing upon the petition of
<br />Almira Cole for a decree dispensing with administration of the estate of Lyman Seward Cole and f
<br />a determination of heirship, and the evidence was reduced to writing and filed and is submitted t
<br />the court.
<br />- On consideration whereof the court finds that notice of the time and place fixed for the heap_
<br />ing on said petition has been published for three weeks prior to the day fixed for the hearing as
<br />required by law and the order of court dated Deceamber 27, 1918, and that the Court has jurisdiction
<br />in the premises; that the said Lyman Seward Cole departed this life on the 5th day of January, 1901
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska; that said Lyman Seward Cole died intestate and that he left tle follow-
<br />ing named persons as his sole heirs at le.w;
<br />Almira Cole, his widow, now 60 years of age, resid*ng in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Pearl Benton, his daughter, now 33 years of age, residing in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Albert Cole, his son, now 3101 years of age, residing in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lee Cole, his son, now 27 years of age, residing in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The court finds that said Lyman Seward Cole died seized of an estate of inheritance in the foll
<br />!ing described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The West half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, in Township 12, in Range 12, west of
<br />the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska., which real estate was at the date of his death occupied
<br />himse if and family as and for a homestead and is wholly exempt from attachment, execution, or other
<br />sne process and not liable for the debts of said deceased, and that the personal estate of said
<br />deceased is not liable for the debts of said estate.
<br />It is therefore. considered and adjudged by the court that administration of said estate be
<br />dispensed with and that said estate be awarded to the following named persons:
<br />To Almira Cole, widow of the deceased, all of said real estate for her use and benefit duri
<br />Ithe term of her natural life;
<br />At the death of the said Almira Cole all of said real estate descends under the law of the
<br />State of Nebraska, to the children of the deceased in the manner following:
<br />To Pearl Benton, a daughter of the deceased, of the age of 33 years, residing at Cairo. Neb-
<br />raska, an undivided one third part thereof;
<br />To Albert Cole, a son of deceased, of the age of 30 years, residing at Cairo, Nebraska, an
<br />jundivided one -third part thereof;
<br />To Lee Cole, a son of deceased, of the age of 27 years, residing at Cairo,Nebraska, an undi-
<br />vided one -third part thereof.

<br />I, J. H. MULLIN, County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby certify
<br />that I have compared the foregoing copy of Decree Dispensing with Administration it the Matter of
<br />the estate of Lyman Seward Cole, Deceased with the original record thereof, now remaining in said
<br />Court, that the. same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record;
<br />that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court
<br />has na Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of
<br />said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of
<br />law.
<br />IN TESTIMONY THEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, at
<br />Grand Island, this 31st day, of January 1919.
